Huberman sleep protocol supplements Melatonin Passiflora Eating early Avoiding Spicy food Sleeping in a cool room Relaxing activities (not productive work) in the evening Morning bright light lamp Red light glasses Red light therapy Infra red sauna Detox supplements If I do most or all of this, sleep is Good. Haha. I like Bryan Johnsson take on sleep: " identify as a professional sleeper and make sleep the number 1 priority". That's what I am striving for.

Hey Steve! I'm watching this at the right time, right before bed. That face you made to the capsule was so cute 😂 I took inositol years ago, but I dont remember why. Maybe to increase insulin sensitivity. I looooved how you called anxiety a jerk! It is the biggest jerk in my life and I hate it and fight it every day, it feels like a losing battle though. We’re to the….thc popsicles at night, that just knock me out. Added magnesium at night which I have noticed I feel more rested in the morning, like I took a real deep sleep. Sleep aids (everyone) have stopped working. Back to the drawing board many many times. Thank you! I have never heard of this. ❤️🦋

Hey Steve! I know I bug you too much lol Have you ever tried Binaural Beats? I have been listening to an 8 hour video here on YT. It's supposed to help stress and anxiety using Theta waves. I have slept so well the last few days and gotten into REM when I couldn't before. I've used it for the past 3 nights. I wake up feeling more rested and I have noticed that I have less muscle tension from stress which makes me want to cry from joy ( I cry at everything, joy, sad, even cry when I am mad so there's that lol) My dog and cat even sleep better with it playing all night I think; I hope!! Anyway throwing that out there. Just in case it could help someone else along with the Inositol. Have a nice day!
