The slightly bent adjustable whiteline rear link, the one that goes to the knuckle and to the frame, has an oval shaped camber washer. is it welded to the frame? cause i cant get mine off
@SWSpeedCo
@SWSpeedCo 2 күн бұрын
It's not welded but there is a very good chance it can be rusted into the bushing. When I removed my factory control arms mine were rusted so I had to use a hack saw to cut the bolt between the frame tab and the control arm so I could remove the old control arm. You will need to replace the Bushings in that scenario. If you already got the nut off you can use an impact to go back and forth on the bolt to try and get the rust to break loose. Hope that helps

I haven't done much research on the external waste gates but I'm pretty sure you install a bracket that locks the internal waste closed and I'm pretty sure the external waste gate is mounted on the uppipe and can vent to atmosphere if you want loud noise or feed into the downpipe for quieter.

@SWSpeedCo
@SWSpeedCo 12 күн бұрын
There are many different types of antilag, and I am aware of the rocket you mentioned, there are also air injection antilag systems. Those 2 systems are true rali style antilag systems. But technically anything can be antilag if it gets rid of the turbo lag which this does. It's not as complicated or glamorous as a rally engineered antilag system but it is technically antilag. I don't know what else to call it.

For cruise and idle I target 1.00 lambda or 14.7 AFR and then as it goes into boost the target is .75 lambda or 11.0 AFR. With the flex fuel computer on ethanol it leans out the WOT target to 0.80 lambda which is about 11.75 AFR. But for ethanol the leaner mixture is ok because the fuel does a better job at cooling the cylinder temps down. Hope that explains it. Thanks for watching.

Do you have a custom correction factor set for the Dynojet on Virtual Dyno? I have an intake/ downpipe/ 3" exhaust 09 WRX and the numbers I pull from runs on the dynojet option just seem too good to be true. Last one I recorded was 295HP/ 310TQ on 18lbs max boost.
@SWSpeedCo
@SWSpeedCo 19 күн бұрын
Those numbers don't sound to far off, the most important thing for virtual dynos accuracy is doing it on a flat road, and making sure the weight of the vehicle is accurate. If you car is lighter than the weight value you are using it will read higher than actual. If you want to confirm the road is flat you can do one pull in one direction and do one the other way and the numbers should be about the same if the road is flat. Hope that helps!

Or if you would be comfortable sending me the fpr I can modify the mount to work and then add it to my website for you to purchase and send back the fpr and new mount to you to confirm fitment. I have the 3D scan of the intake manifold so I would just need the radium fpr to model in CAD to make the mount .It would be less back and forth that way. Hey I had a question about your setup? in ecuFlash is your open loop fuel table setup default AFR or did you change the table to Lambda? or did you only change what RomRaider is reading out?
@SWSpeedCo
@SWSpeedCo 2 ай бұрын
I only changed it to lambda for the romraider logger read out. The ecuflash map still uses AFR. With the fuel tables you just dictate your afr targets but the actual tuning to meet those targets is done through the maf scaling table and injector scaling. Both of those tables are adjusted using a percentage correction based on how far you are from the target so I find lambda easier to use since the read out tells me the percentage it is off and I don't have to do any math in my head while I'm tuning.
