Просто сейчас пошла "мода на веру" . Это как то , что устраивают публично мусульмане в разных странах , делая намазы в огромных количествах где попало .. Это касается любой веры . А сколько истинно верующих людей среди этой толпы ? И когда видишь крутые авто у церкви и лопающиеся лица священников - идти в такую церковь не хочется (да и не обязательно туда ходить) . Как как-то сказал один умный человек "я бы поверил в Бога , да посредники мешают ."😁

You are wrong there. Orthodox Chistianity was brought to Russia by Knyaz Vladimir from Byzantium and more specifically from Constantinople. The modern Russian alphabet does have some similarities with the Greek and saints Cyril and Methodius who were born in Thessalonica province of Byzantium, which is in today's Greece, played a significant role in introducing that alphabet and translating the Scripture to old Slavic. But it would be a mistake to say that it was them who brought Christianity to Russia or that they came to Russia from Greece!

Education in the West is completely different than in the East, and one may think that they're the same, but they're not. Because in the East Education is how to become better person, in the West is how to concore the others . So in the West, one has to become smart and strong to understand that, and it takes time to do so. Some sooner, some later, and sadly, some never get to understand. I'm happy for this young family that they've understood that and have been strong enough to change their lives for something that they over the years understood and believe in. By the way, I know how you feel, and I understand in a way. Because I was born and raised in Yugoslavia. Spent half of my life there (even during the war) and the other half here in North America . So I've seen and understand both sides very well. So my advice to you would be, don't allow anyone or anything to seed your soul with hate towards anyone . Love all, hate none!

Thank you Julia! Thank you for your kind words. The liberal virus of the Church Hierarchy is extremely obvious, and you are absolutely correct. This is what Traditional Catholics believe (I being just one). However as we have seen through the years, the Truth of the Faith and the people who run the Church are absolutely two different things. I think we should remember collectively when we were united in the 4th Century, 75% of the Church rejected the Divinity of Jesus Christ. For me and my house we will serve the Lord. Certainly the sins of the hierarchy affect the Living Body of Christ, but otherwise my family and I live our Faith through the Sacraments and Tradition of the Church, we reject any diversion from the Faith and pray that God protect us from the same. The Catholic Church is under a tremendous siege from the inside, the fortress has been betrayed...and we were told that this would happen to us by the Mother of God in visions throughout the world (Our Lady of Fatima, Our Lady of Good Success, Our Lady of La Salette, and many others). It's a tremendous source of pain but as Traditional Catholics we seek to love what God loves, hate what God hates, believe what Christians have believed for 2000 years and reject what Christians have rejected for 2000 years. We maintain the Teachings of the Deposit of Faith. Our Traditional Mass which is still said in Latin as it has been said in Rome from the early days (again when we were still together), we reject all the errors of Modernism, we reject all heresies. As I said the Church is much bigger and broader than merely the people who are in positions of power at the moment, it is 2000 years of History...it's a collective force of all who came before. The Pope's role is not to make up new beliefs and new faith but rather to protect and explain what we already believe, Francis has gone against that...and we reject these errors. There is much that can be said here, but I think the most important thing that I can tell you is because how my parents raised me as a Catholic (nothing else) I was able to see the extent of the blasphemy and evil things that are going on in the world and not be lulled into a false sense of security. Because I am Catholic, I know that the gates of hell shall not prevail against God and His Church and this is where I find both my peace and hope. Because I am Catholic, I understand that the Mother of God has chosen Russia for the next step in Salvation History and that it will be the weapon of God's justice on the world. Because I am Catholic, I know that I must do whatever I must, no matter how uncomfortable, to care for the souls and future of my children. Because I am Catholic, I believe that I had to leave everything I know and move to Russia for the sake of my family.
