This is the Internet error people take the time to educate yourself on good health, safe, sexual practices learn what type of screening you can do on your partner the moment you suspect your partner of cheating, you need to suspend all forms of sexual contact until you know you are clear embracing somebody in your romantic life from a dubious background, and not asking the right questions not doing the right research on that person can cost you your life

I had seen videos of foreigners going to Thailand going to Cambodia. Going to the Philippines going to different parts of Asia having on protected sex in these countries, nobodies vagina. If you’re heterosexual or nobodies anal is worth losing their life for I don’t know if they still teach this, but back in the days, the CDC used to teach, the worst and the easiest way to catch HIV is to have anal sex wether is receiving or giving

To my fellow foreigners stop going to these countries and having unprotected sex especially with prostitutes if you having unprotected sex with prostitutes, you are playing Russian roulette with your life they are currently at the lease is up from what I recall seven different strands of HIV strain one was the HIV virus that was killing people within two months and each country have their own Pharma strands. If you don’t believe me, you can Google this and research it.

Yup. Thai women are servants to their mothers. The mothers seem bizarrely unbothered that their daughters are using men or are sometimes “selling their wares” for money.

Now fellas, I want to take the time to say it is, I am not Jesus Christ I am not Buddha I am not alone I’m not here to judge anyone as a young man, with all been guilty of being so hot in the pants of having unprotected sex once twice maybe four times in our lives for some of us But when maturity sits in the throne of intelligence than ignorance and immaturity, no longer, Eclips our behavior… fellas, no matter who you meet overseas make that person take an HIV test at an American clinic and still have protected sex until they have taken it four times. Do not marry anyone do not get engaged with anyone do not have a permanent relationship with anyone until you ask them to do what is called the vdrl This is a lab panel. That test is an individual for every type of sexual disease.

I think myself that there are a few mistakes here first is trying to force change with a Thai lady. Don't try to turn them into Western women they will resist. I think the answer is look to how Thai men approach their marriages. In most cases they let things be but when something is requested or happens that they disagree with they quietly say no and stay the course and move on. If Western Men are looking for Empathy and constant attention then Thai women are not the answer. If one chooses a Thai lady from the provinces North East, North or any rural areas then you need to know the beast your accepting into your life. Family to her is first and her mother is the matriarch. If your partner is the eldest child then she has a responsibility from birth to takecare of her family. This is a burden she takes seriously. Her parents are stuck in a system in Thailand that suppresses the rural folk so they will never get ahead in life they will always be toiling on the farm or working in factories etc. So if their daughter gets the opportunity to meet a foreign man and marry them there is a instant expectation that life will now become better. In some cases the list of things needed will be drawn up prior to the marriage and you will never see that list, ofcourse your list of requirements might look a whole lot different. There is no easy answer to this but there is a pathway forward. You can say no to the family it's how you say no that is important if you act it out with emotion you will loose face with them. If you quietly and calmly say it can't be done then they will except they have no option this is what Thai husbands do. Ask yourself why do Thai men have a reputation for cheating on their wives? Well there are several reasons the main ones are the demands and expectations put on him after marriage the marriages that last in Thai Society are the ones where both parties work together for a common goal. So when one meets a financially poorer Thai girl from rural Thailand she has limited English and work prospects are none or she makes 10 Thousand Thai Baht a month only. She has nothing to offer but herself and possibly a good family unit. Its down to the Foriegner to educate her on the way of the west one must explained why its done that way. Put her through English classes or teach her yourself. Language is a good way to get understanding. If you try to stamp out her Thainess you will meet a roadblock and I suggest the reason that you loveThai women is because of their Thainess. Marriage to any woman is a contract and Marriage by design was created to give the Woman a head start in life and up her reputation in society. It's only the passage of time in the West where it has become more of a even playing field in Thailand the concept of marriage is still in the 1900s way of thinking.

Pete, all these interviews with Thai women, and western men, trying to decipher culture and relationships. Would you please consider interviewing someone with a PhD? Providing the divorce rate between Thai women and western men as compared to Thai’s. Our divorce rates similar or different compared to other Asian countries with western men. Would you have more success, with a Japanese, Korean, or Filipino woman? What would the data say? What’s the story, Pete?

VIDEO IDEA 💡it would be great to see you and your wife discuss these two interviews. I would love to hear both of your perspectives, especially your wife’s, on everything he has said about the culture.I am always interested in learning as much as I can about Thai culture because I want to know what they base their thought processes on. If you know the root cause of their reasoning then it helps you understand the decisions they are making and why they are making them.

I should add that in western culture you are born and the parental direction is that they chose to have the child and they are responsible for that child from birth, even in adulthood. Where as in Thai culture the child is born and is then subservient to the parents, without choice. Almost a burden to the parents.

I can’t help but agree with him in places. Even when things are good. The education side, don’t question it, just do as you are told. The Thai’s are extremely protective of being Thai and the Thai culture. I wouldn’t say that they involve themselves greatly into the culture where they move to. From experience they stick together, love their own culture and bend rules to suit themselves. Parents always comes first!!!

Why do u like the women who leave her parents for you? It doesn’t make any sense. As a Thai woman, your parents will always love you, but your husband can change. They love you today but they can fall out of love tomorrow. Your parents won’t do that. Parents love is pure especially mothers love.

An articulate intelligent educated man ….a nice guy. His take on it is very accurate. Narcissistic is the word with the symptom of no loss of face. There’s no thinking ahead constructively . They haven’t been trained or reared to do that. Their enthusiasm to anything is novelty which soon sours in their eyes. Then they abandon who or what they’re involved in. Leaving any decent guy bewildered and financially out of pocket. Basically they’re dangerous.

People suggest I'm living off the gofundme is insane. That money is to use for my daughters, I'm hoping it pays for their private school education while I continue building our future here. Eventually we'll need a home to live in. All that I'm building towards and saving for in the background. I'm not a public company, you're not my shareholders. I don't have to disclose everything that I do. I have many things going on in the background that I won't share online as there is no benefit to sharing what job I may have in the background with the world on KZbin. Having that gofundme sit there for my twins guarantees their future. The thai family on the other hand walked away with two free houses that I was entitled to. Eids business, gold, bank accounts plus another cash payout of 530,000 baht. All I was entitled to under thai law. But I wanted them to be secure and safe while I build my our future for the twins. The last 100,000 baht in cash I personally delivered to the thai grandma in person. Yes I have my car and my motorbike, but should I walk away from the tragedy with nothing? I even left the 2nd motorbike with them. I don't think any other Westerners going thru what I went thru would be so generous. I walked away from at least 2 million baht in value and a business generating over 100k baht a month to let them be set for life as a family ❤️ and I'm proud I did it.

For those wondering about the business, it was generating those funds. It definitely wouldn't be doing those funds no, that's visible to see. But I assisted Eid's daughter Ing in the transition and making sure she knew what she needed to know. Together with Aunt Fon they're doing an amazing job with it still ❤

I don't think she is a narcissist, she has traits of narcissism, but it seems like she just doesn't love or care and she just wants you to leave. A narcissist would do everything in her power to keep you hooked and make you suffer emotionally, and she would try to drive you to self destruction and chaos. Narcissists tyrannize because they believe that your emotional reactions is food for them.

It is not hard to say what they want/need, it is just a waste of their times. Many years ago, a thai guy told me something i never forgot: "A thai person only do something if they get something out of it or because they have fun doing it". Discussing or telling him to divorce is not a fun thing and what she get out of it, is regulated by law so why waste time doing it? Apart that, in thai mentality, there is not really the concept of "taking responsability" so they are only along for the ride. Her calm response means it is set already (by own efforts or by having sponsors/other guys) and don't need you anymore. Sorry but i disagree with you when you say it is intentional from the governament to keep the people stupid. Sure, from what i know, schools are not the best but you can argue about that in almost every country in the world. That is because of laziness or lack of interest (probably coming from the live day by day mentality) from thai women. There are enough youtube / tiktok / apps / books around to learn english and the lack of money (this is why i didn't include schools/payed courses) is not an excuse anymore. Having the latest Iphone is possible but not have 300THB to buy a book to learn english from B2S. Not even joking you just changed the subject in the video (yes, i am writing while listening) and you just gave proof of this laziness: "what you can do for me and my family". Even prostitution in thailand is the proof of this mentality: always the easiest way, get most out of anything with the least amount of effort. I just came back from thailand 2 days ago and saw it clearly on a buffet. Families that jumped at the robot serving food and tossing it as quickly as possible in the pot like they hadn't eaten for weeks. Or the single guy that just hate meat for the 2 hours you have time to eat at that buffet. I understand that you don't want to have hard feelings for thais but let me tell you that in the past 30 years, my mind changed from 10% bad people to probably 60-75% and probably 20% that are maybe good people but incompatible with a foreigner culture. You are perfectly right when you say they are the victims of themselves and their culture. I don't have a problem to tell them "somnamnaa" (your own fault) and even explaining why many foreigners don't come to thailand anymore especially for the red light district. It is not worth anymore and asking more money offering less than before is their own fault. My problem with you is that you should have known that you will not be the main character of this story (you talked about the family influence) but still you decided to marry her.
