Those orange 90 degree angles are a fantastic idea. I have never seen those before - custom to this type of application to be clamped on the inside of frames. If I were to search for those to order what would I call them? There also were some type of wire clips used briefly....

I bought them off Amazon. amzn.to/3V9Dwzq
@SalvatoreCostasowegot2 ай бұрын
I made 3 of them with an hacksaw, a hell of a job but in the end I made it. I built a grid of 8cmX4cm slot for a total of 220 slots using a 3cmX1cmX100cm wood. I used a total of almost 99 meters of wood! :-)

This would be great for my great grandsons bedroom. The oldest great grandson has anywhere between 200 - 300 matchbox cars. His brother is due in May. I would love to make this for their bedroom.

I appreciate your contribution to the general pool of knowledge. I bought Drew's plan a couple months ago and am finally getting around to building it this weekend. Unlike you, I am lucky enough to have the same saw Drew has, so I won't run into trouble adjusting the height of the torsion boxes - but I'm sure I'll find something to screw up.

Hello from January 2024! Thanks for this video, it saved me some money and time! Confirmed my 2012 Touring is H11B not H11. The manual and therefore every auto shop website says H11...crazy how a one letter misprint can cause so many headaches for so many years

What dimensions did you cut the strips for car placement?
@JkCanvas7 ай бұрын
The strips were cut 2” wide by 46.5” long for horizontal pieces. The vertical pieces were cut 2” wide by 24” long. The dado on the horizontal pieces is 3” and the dado on the vertical pieces they are 2”.

You did everything way too fast and I can't see anything that you held up, (boxes of terminal ends) Also I couldn't see where you were putting/screwing in the black , white, red and green wires. Please go slower for all the beginners. Thank you ! 😊

The grid is friction fit. I did use CA Glue on all the intersections.

I'm getting ready to build this, great ideas on marking the table with a pencil to see where you sanded
@norzoloco1 Жыл бұрын
How do you like this sander after 10 months? I paint alot and I need a smaller lighter 5" orbital sander than the Makita and Bosch ones we use. But those ones both come with the option of the dust collector bag which is nice for sanding outside and up on ladders.
@JkCanvas Жыл бұрын
I love mine for shop work connected to the Festool CT-15. When using on flat surfaces it is amazing and with the foam pads I can sand contours and rounded areas nicely. However for pockets usually 8”x10”I use my Craftsman ROS because the dust collection port sits higher and can get closer to the sides. I do not do many pocketed bowls so I swapping does not bother. If you do decide to purchase check the description for a link to my friend Fisher’s Shop and he has a 10% discount. Hope this helps out. I did my research and the SurfPrep is equal to the Festool, Mirka and 3M 5” ROS just not as expensive. SurfPrep customer service is amazing.

Hi, thanks for the video. I just get my oneinfinty. When I try to zero the z axis it shows me that it is 4.6mm over. I really don't understand what is happening. Do I have to put the paper above the material that is getting cut?

If you have a FB account, look for the OneFinity User Group. That is a great place to post your question with a picture and not only will I see it but a lot of others. Without a picture of the error it is hard to troubleshoot.
