I am very clear on the idea that we’re not supposed to drive on the beach, at least in California. But at Usal Beach there is no clear delineation of what is and isn’t beach. The sand stretches a quarter of a mile or so back from the high-tide line, so it’s legitimately not clear what “the beach” is. Obviously we always need to leave it better than we found it, but I really don’t understand how leaving tire tracks in the sand is detrimental. I’m not trying to blast you or your video. I appreciate you reminding people to be good stewards of the land.

I totally get where you’re coming from. I don’t fully understand their reasoning behind “no vehicles on the beach” either, but whether the rule exists for a legitimate reason or not, it does exist. The more I reflect on this the more I just wished people would be respectful so we don’t lose access to places like this.

interesting vid. 200 Dollars can pay for gas money though. I started my channel a couple days ago, but I might keep using copyright music so revenue would be a thing for me

What type of prius do you have? My partner and I are going to be living out of our car for a bit and are wanting to take our seats out for more storage. I think we have toyota prius hybrid 2017 or 2018

Did anyone notice the asterisk of twigs by his feet when he was cutting the first log fallen across the road?

Is the suction cup solution for the tarp awning preferable? Or the conduit/pvc setup in your other video?
@bryceudd377Ай бұрын
What size is the tarp you’re using? 8x8? 10x10?

You have round holes at the end of each cross bar allowing you to drop carriage bolts into the slots. Did you cut these in? How did you do it? Thanks

You can order them like that from tnutz

I really liked your video, thank you for putting it together, I noticed you said you would make your Prius 4x4 if you could, what drivetrain would you want to use? What size lift? Tires? Gears? I think it would be a fun project.

As beautiful and close as Mt. Hood it, it is crowded. We hit eastern Oregon and find anything near water. It’s usually something exciting and new.

Love this video, not every trip has to be hardcore, sometimes its just enjoying time outside with ya person!! Super inspired to get a overland set up like this so cool, been motocamping this last summer and missing being able to have real gear with me hahah. OIn southern Food, not sure if they have crawfish boils, but they do have gator and a mean hot chicken sandwich at Noble Wave in Salem , OR

Been awhile we did a ton of dispersed camping around oregon and enjoyed some camping near clear lake this season 👌🏻

Get a restaurant grade portable burner. They are butane and absolutely awesome for camping. Also, be careful not to touch the rough skinned newt. It’s one of the most poisonous creatures on the planet.

We call them crawdads here in Oregon. You can pretty much catch them in any body of water. I have made many crawdad boils over the years. And they are generally of bigger size than the Louisiana ones.

Great to see you three back at it. Once I stopped sh*tting my pants worrying the dog was going to crush, eat or otherwise unalive the baby frog, I very much enjoyed this outing. Thanks!

🤣 I was pretty worried about the frog too. Thankfully it swam off safe.

Hey all, sorry for the silence. I realize this isn't our best video, life has been different lately! We're still out here trying to prioritize dispersed camping and overlanding, but when you run your own business sometimes other things have to take priority. I hope to put together a bigger trip that we can bring you along on soon, but until then I always appreciate you watching. Cheers, Winston.
