I purchased the ac500 and came up with the same problem with the power cords, tuff to insert into the power ports, I noticed a difference in the power pins. The ac500 top three pins were not in alignment. I measured the pin positions an noted a 1/32 difference in the points of contact. This was with the original cables packaged with the B300k. Bluetti is currently out of stock on the proper power cords. Hopefully to be sent out after end of the year. You should check the positioning of the top three pins with a micrometer. Forcing the plug into the receptacle could eventually break the plug connection.

It would be nice if one of the hundreds of KZbin vids on this technology -- just one -- would present an application that someone might actually be interested in implementing. Sending 12 characters of text to a Meshtastic in the next room doesn't qualify. Hook up a neighborhood or community, then get back to us.

Thank you for this! I'm building a 48V 30Ah prismatic ebike battery right now and was looking how to wrap it up properly to avoid shorting the screws. Had a similar idea except for having the 16 cells in a straight line. Am only waiting for the BMS to arrive. I hope your battery is still working after 3 years.
@OldWorldAscension3 ай бұрын
Post up your bike if you can. I am looking into getting an ebike, and just discovered using prismatic phosphate batteries. Some are fairly cheap and you get way more cycles. Ion packs may be half the weight, but a 20 Ah LiFePO4 can be had for $200

most 25 Ah batteries usually claim 40 miles range so this is lower than i was thinking.
@igorberezin8566 ай бұрын
batteries especially that are made 7 years ago are absolite and will always drop in price. They may go 'out of stock' and never get them again if they clear the rest of them out from that long ago but they should never go up in price especially with strides of new technology and battery chemistries in china that are making breakthroughs left and right improving them.

The problem is mesh tastic does not have voice communications. So any? Of emergency and let's. Say your hand got injured or something guess what you're not. Going? To be able to communicate. Mesh tastic has to have a voice communications added otherwise don't even think of getting it. And go 10 on old that kind of garbage all the same thing don't even think of getting it because. The bird doesn't have voice unless you're out who knows? Where and you. Hurt? Your hand or or you get a cut. That doesn't let you text or whatever voice communications is always king so remember. A less these things broke with voice communications don't even think of buying one.

How does it work ? Why 3 devicea needed. Does the small heltec v3 devices not create mesh all by themself with meshtastic ? Dont they repeat or relay messages on and on if more devices are within say 1km from eachother. Or must one be configged to be a repeater.

You should try battery calibration by resetting the meter of the BMS. It's common in LiFePO batteries the need to do this procedure every 6 months more or less or just when the change is being cut off as a false full charge as you experienced in your video. So for the meter reset, just try to discharge your batteries to 0% at costant wattage input and then try to recharge (no solar panel) with your wall socket or a system that allows you a costant input. This should solve the issue. Don't repeat too many times or you may risk damage your unit.

Good evening my dear, I really liked your video and I would like to do the same test with a repeater but my question is how you configured the repeater node since it is not connected to any phone and therefore to no mesh application thank you very much
