If you guys want updates, i’ll be more than happy to show u guys!! :) hey guys! it’s tuesday june 6th, and i’ve been doing the bootyworkout for a week and the abs workout, and i have to say the booty is showing just a little!! i still have a whole journey to go through so i don’t expect a difference that fast. Lol OMGG!! i forgot about this comment 😭 but i havent been doing it as much bc of the situation ik in rn, but i will be doing it more often now ! sorry for the wait guys ( like my comment for more updates)

@@Julia-dx2zvYou should try it! Chances are her results will not be the same for you. And really, results can take awhile to see. The reason daisy is so muscular is because she has been working out consistently over YEARS now. Its all about consistency if you really want results.

Starting to do this workout 2 times a day (2 wks bc im a lazy person + a starter at working out) + im replacing the first workout with glute bridges bc i mess up on it Day 1: night rn and abt to start (started) those sumo squats got me busting my hip but overall i felt the burn mostly on my thighs/legs (first time) (second time i used 10 lb weights and i felt my knees cracking ( im 11 btw i wanna get a good body fr) on those side lounges im pretty sure but i dont feel the burn on my booty? Changed my mind doing it 3 times down since everybodys doing that (DOING TMR) ima do it 5 times. Im scared Day 2: starting the workout rn !! (First time, thise side lounges i couldnt do bc of how tired i was on the other the goblin squats with 10 lb weights got my knees cracking up) (second time MY LEGS ARE SHAKING ima take a 10-20 min break coming back for third !! ) Day 3: yeah no im only doing it 2 times a day but 7-5 days a week so after i shower ill prob do the workout (i got motivated by chriseans body fr) ACTUALLY ILL DO IT 3 TIMES I FEEL MOTIVATED NOW Hey yall sry fir not doing it for 2 days i had sm homework n went to hang out w my siblings tmr ima start AGAINNN BUTTTT I DID SEE SOME CHANGES IN MY THIGH IT LOOKS STRONGET AND FATTER IVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR 2 WEEKS IT WORKS well only on my thighs no bbl IT WAS A THIGH LIFT MY THIGHS LOOK FYATT BUT MY BOOTY IT GREW LIKE 2 CM? Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

its normal for your back to hurt a tiny bit from all the bending and stuff. if it hurts a ton it probably means your weights are to heavy for you right now or your not doing the exercise correctly
