I’ve been doing Daisy K exercises for 7 days now…. I’ve lost about 3 inches on my waist so far. I went from a 32” waist to a 29” . I’ve been documenting my journey and I will post my results after I reach the 4 week mark. ❤

I've been doing her 10 min defined hourglass abs, hourglass abs 8 minutes and this one. (I rotate through the days to no get bored of the same one) and i've been eating healthier. My waist was 69 inches and right now it's at 65!!! So it does work. I also walk on treadmill for like 5 min😂 but bc i fell and i'm kinda scared. But i try to do hiit workouts too. Keep up!!! They do work. But do them daily! Monday through friday!

I’m going to do this work out by itself for a month and I’ll tell yall how it’s going each day ❤ Also I will be trying to eat healthier and drink more water ✅Day 1- it was TIRING but did it 3 times, sore ✅Day 2- it was harder to do, definitely sore after. Didn’t see much change but less bloated ✅Day 3- Easier-ish, getting the hang of it. Less bloated

Quick update: hey guys! I start going to the gym and also doing daisy's abs workout at home and yesssss! It gives results but your body needs time/ balanced diet with low fat to show result❤️ Wish u all great gains! 💪 I'm going to do it for 2 weeks and see if it's gonna give me some results or not. Wish me luck🥰 Day1✅ :woooohhhh it's actually a good workout i felt it in my upper& lower abs. (I did it just once) Day2✅ : omg i'm dying. It's way more difficult today than yesterday the buuurrrn is real and i did it twice today. Day3✅ : did it just once because i was tired. I don't kow but i think this workout helped a little with my bloating i can see a tiny difference. Day4✅ : did it twice. I'm skinny but i have belly fat and thighs fat and i can see a difference in my bloating and the workout is getting easier so i guess i'll repeat it 3 times from tomorrow. Day5✅: i did it 2 times and it gets easier. I think i'll take rest days to let the muscles grows and focus more on my leg workouts. Day6❌: a rest day but i was active. I went shopping and walk with my friend. Day7❌ rest day.

@@Khadija78-xu2pt actually i'm not following any specific diet. I'm just eating healthy as much as i can and drink 2 litres of water every day. i'm doing a getfitbyivana waist workout with this workout to snatch my waist even better. Also i:m doing a glute workout by getfitbyivana too.

I’m gonna do it for a week and see what results I get Day 1: ✅ - repeated twice rlly proud cos I’ve never been able to repeat a workout before really felt it the second time round not an agonising burn tho not as much as I expected xx Day 2: ✅ - did it once and then did half of it the second time round defo felt more of a burn today still not as bad as I expected not seeing any results as of yet tho although but bloating after a meal has gone down a tiny bit xx Day 3 ❌- didn’t do it but I went to ballet and did a leg workout xx Day 4 ❌ - didn’t do it but did a leg workout and did pe at school xx Day 5 ✅ - did it twice and then did half 🎉 due to time I would have liked to do it 3x but oh well 😂 I did do it without stopping tho so I’m proud xx Day 6 ❌ - didn’t do it cos I went walking around the Lake District all day and rode my bike and got back really late so I didn’t have time xx Day 7 ✅ - did it once as it was really hard today for me but I still did it xx • gonna do for another week •

Day 1 ✅❌: I did it only twice bc my 5 yr old sister was doing it with me so I didn’t wanna burn her out but over all it was a little challenging but it’s just what I need Day 2:✅❌ I only did it 1 time bc I’m gonna start doing Pilates after this workout Day 3: I didn’t start yet so I’ll come back when I do it . I did it and it felt alright but it gets easier over time

Im doing it for one week because Im going to vacation next Saturday but Im gonna do it still after I come back I just want to have a short term goal for me bc i am skinny so I feel like there will be a very small difference the first week😊. so i’m gonna basically make the 3 days im gone rest days but when I continue it again Im gonna do 2 rest days. wish me luck:) my next goal will be end of January:) saturday- day 1: ✅

Doing this as a 10 year old I’m not insecure but this is just for fun Waist: 26 inches Upper right leg:16 inches Lower right leg: 10 inches Upper left leg: 15 inches Lower left leg:10 inches I am doing this for two weeks Day 1: it hurts a lot but I did it 3x and lost about 65 cals but we will see about tomorrow

i will try to do this for as long as i can waist: 26.5 inches hips: 34 inches day 1: ✔did it thrice. felt rly tired during the 3rd round day2: ✔did it thrice. didn't sweat but was tired by round 3 day3: ✔did it thrice. was super tired by the 2nd round.. it hasn't gotten easier

@@darcia9316 I did it last week, I did it all week long and took a break on the weekend. I am doing another one of daisy keeches workout for this whole week and eating healthy and not eating barely as much junk food as I did.

Not really, but it does help developing the muscles, if you want visible abs you would need to be in a calorie deficit and start doing more cardio, you can’t loose fat from a specific area. Now if you want an hourglass shape, it’s mostly about the genetics but you can always train your back and your booty to make your waist seem smaller

I think you have to repeat or perform each exercises three times in a row to get the result from the workout.
