Personally can't take mind brand seriously because of the nostalgia critic voice clip at the beginning, way too funny once I found that out to take the rest of the song seriously.

Vocaloid will die before many genres of music do, replaced by AI covers and whatever else will come to stamp it down. Im glad we can appreciate what it is and was, and the people who made it that way

I used to dislike Deco*27 a lot because some of his early songs sounded to me like the same melody in loop... Now I have fallen in love with some of his songs like 妄想感傷代償連盟 and 乙女解剖 although most of it is thanks to Project Sekai and Nightcord at 25.

I was enchanted by the opportunity of playing project diva on switch, I only played mirai on 3ds before. I dont own another console for it. I do feel they could try to innovate...crypton has other vocaloids...why not try marketing someone new?

You know, after listening to Anamaguchi’s “Miku”(yes, this is the first Vocaloid song I’ve listened to and got me into the fandom right away.) Rolling Girl was the second Vocaloid song I’ve listened to. It helped me get over my depression and the grief of loosing a close friend of mine one year ago. I might have made a similar comment in my alt account in the Rolling Girl mv. Anyways, back to the topic. I didn’t know Vocaloid back in 2023 until the “oo ee oo” meme came popping up into my feed. That’s how I started listening to Vocaloid music, like Matryoshka, Sand Planet, Unhappy Refrain, Two-Faced Lovers, Rolling Girl, Unknown Mother Goose, Dark Woods Circus, Mozaik Role(Reloaded), Shoujo Rei, World’s End Dancehall, Bring It On(Inferiority superiority), Just Be Friends, etc. But really, Unknown Mother Goose was my favorite Vocaloid song that Wowaka created. And it motivated me to try and experience new things for a while. A young teenage girl like me who doesn’t know about Vocaloid, but wants to experience it. Wowaka was the main reason why I listen to every Vocaloid song I could find, especially when listening to his songs in his band “Hitorie”. And I’m grateful for where I am today. My only regret was not knowing Vocaloid sooner. If I did, I would’ve known it by now.

4:30 as a double lariat enthusiast id like to point out that although that was the main topic of the song and PV the song is actually about something a lot more like I cant exain well but basically it's someone constantly feeling inferior to others in what they do(depicted as spinning) and having to always push themself to do the same(even tho for a big portion of the song they constantly still feel inferior and just want praise and recognition) (Just how i see it tho)

I watched this video on the day it came out at the height of my MARETU obsession and even today, 4 years later, I still find it awesome. I don’t even listen to MARETU anymore, but you pinpoint the exact reason why I used to enjoy MARETU.

5:39 I SEE MARETU I SMILE :DDD I think vocaloid producer don’t make these songs only for the sake of venting about there own issues, but for the sake of making victims of similar issues feel seen, I love vocaloid 💜💜 In fact, I learnt this year that listening to dark somgs about depressing topics that are especially relatable to me won’t make me feel more miserable…shockingly it makes me feel the exact opposite, every time I spiral into panic I play my maretu playlist and scream from the top of my lungs and it works like magic!! Life feels less heavier when you have something that helps you accept the messy part of you and take care of it, rather than push it away and sugarcoat everything I hate life more than ever, but I’m happy to live with this hate shamelessly now💜💜💜

I never played a project diva game before and saw megamix on sale on steam. I've been playing osu! for almost 5 years now and naturally started to enjoy listening to vocaloid especially hatsune miku. I want to try a project diva game but after watching this video I dont want to support the sad ripoff of the community. For Pc megamix seems to be my only option but after watching this video it doent seem to be the best version tho. I do own a psp tho so should I pick up the old one or megamix?

There are many producers that caught me back to my entering to VocaCommunity but Hachi... He was the one who made me love vocaloid music so so much. Now I feel so happy to be able to watch him smile, showing more and more his face and being him plenty. I just love him as artist as a whole through his storytelling, illustrations and music. Eine Kleine is the song that made me cry so much. Is so important.

Its is so sad to listen to :( I was a big fan of vocaloids in school and i was obsessed with MV’s that were posted on KZbin. But i was little so i didnt have money for game and didnt even know about the game. So now i grew up and i found sekai and played it sometime, and after that i bought diva on pc. And actually, diva gave me so many emotions, i was finally able to play all that songs and watch all of the MV’s, I literally was going to piss my pants because of happiness. Sekai is not bad, but it's just dont hit, i dont know :( it’s just sad that this game (especially MV's) that gave a push to vocaloids is in this stage right now

Keep crying y’all are asking for way too much, it’s a rythm game, not a god damn mmorpg
@candy_ribbonsАй бұрын
We are not asking for “too much” we’re asking for Sega to actually care about the vocaloid community, sekai hardly counts as a vocaloid game when the main focus is like 5 groups of teenagers with similar looking faces with Miku and the rest acting like their fairy godmothers, not to mention that sekai has literally brought in “fans” that do not actually respect vocaloid or the original versions of the songs they make mid covers of We just want an actual vocaloid game again that has what made it special, not some gambling game
