Essa história é muito tocante. As atuações são otimas, os adolescentes dão um show e seus intérpretes adultos continuam o belíssimo trabalho. Abrir o ❤ e guardei essa bela história.

No matter how many times I've watched Empress Ki, my heart still breaks for Ta Hwan and I cry about his character so many times. He truly had nobody, I think his anger towards Wang Yu was also because of how loved Wang Yu he was. Wang Yu always had an army ready to rally with him and die for him. Whereas Ta Hwan had none and he was aware of this. The people he's known his entire life, were just snakes in the grass waiting to strike. You don't have to imagine how worthless and unlovable he felt, you could see it every time he broke down crying. He just wanted to be loved. Because he was battling with self worth, feeling that he was second to Wang Yu in Nyang's heart broke him even more. Only when he was on his deathbed did he learn he was loved and then he died. Ta Hwan is truly complex but also understandable. He was desperate and raw in the game of love and showed that Nyang was everything to him. I will always be a Ta Hwan defender💯❤‍🩹

If i could go back, ill watch this over again

Don’t blame her. The situation made her that way. To survive. Don’t hate Song Taeha, he also was in the situation of desperation and found a little hope in his life. As for Daegil, he insanely loved her to the point of obsession. To let her go or his past it’s not a book. And he loves her too much to actually want her to be happy. And he let her go. That’s love. But he unfairly to his heart. I wish he had a better ending, to be with someone who can actually thawed his broken heart.

I am totally impressed by this drama it was unique something refreshing...it was definitely worth my time...i learnt so much from this drama... Added in one of my favourite list

I watched this Atlis once in every 2 months....still the ending breaks my heart and gives me anxiety when majesty died and taltal knowing that empress Ki will be alone and majesty is always there for her...I put myself into the situation how can u ever stand on your feet when u lose someone who adores and loves u dearly and always there by your side and a suddenly you are all alone

Watching this after him passing away is.. this inexplicable feeling of loss, i was binge watching coffee prince again with my cousin and the morning i woke up to the news notification of him passing away, it did not feel real, i thought i was dreaming. I checked with Google and... I was depressed all day.. mostly because how unfair it is, the most vile people continue living shamelessly, i wish he could have held out for his wife and sons, this man who i never met in my life, has touched my heart through his art and i wish i could relay some warmth to his family, may he rest in peace 🥺🙏🫂

watched it 3 times before netflix removed it best kdrama episode 16 is so moving i cryed for ages after watching it love these two brilliant acting from all such a shame couldnt make season two but the story ended there 😢
