The Japanese people are so prideful and toxic, as you can see in the comments. They can’t stand any critical thinking or criticism of their country. They act as if it’s a crime to point out bad parts of their country. I’m American and we’re always complaining about our own country. No country is perfect and talking about issues is how change comes about. No wonder Japan is stuck with so many outdated policies and toxic culture. They don’t want to change or confront the truth.

I have watched your video like 2-3 months ago. Now I'm back. Thank you for your info. Man your laugh is killing me :-D. I created my channel year ago but started just like 5-6 weaks ago. Now I'm like why I haven't started earlyer? Alot of things you have said helped me. I thing just start is good advice. Doing first few videos to learn to filming, geting audio right etc. is a good idea too. I think gaming is a specific niche in it self and it works quite diferent in my opinion. I did 3 playtrought of older and smaller games with goal to get in to few new games this fall and in February. I think geting in to new hot topic is a good idea since YT is not filled to brim whit that kind of content yet. It helped me alot. I'm still not monetized by I can see the progress. I didn't thought that I will have 4 000 views on my video fo much longer. It's trou I have much less view on my playtrought videos and much more on info videos. I think that info/playtrought combo is good. I do what I like + something extra that will bring more attention to my channel. I'm not super into controversies either, so I don't expect people to see the drama super quickly.

I work as a therapist and highly recommend EMDR. It works for a lot of stuff. Absolutely, do not worry about hurting feelings if you're receiving inadequate care. We have a medical board here and I'm sure there's something similar there. If you're able to please make a complaint on these doctors to the appropriate board. Medical neglect is literally against their oath.

I'm very late to this, but I'm so sorry to hear what you have been going through, Satch. I was diagnosed a year ago with gastroparesis, which has many similar symptoms as IBS, so I understand a lot of what you are going through. I had to go through countless tests it seemed like before I finally got my diagnosis. I understand how scary and anxiety-inducing waiting and tests and results can be. After jumping around from provider to provider (no one would take me seriously at first, either), I finally had a colonoscopy and endoscopy done where they found a small tumor in my stomach. Thankfully, it was not cancerous, but waiting for those results felt like fighting a storm. All of that, plus not feeling well on a daily basis, it really does effect your mental health. My depression and anxiety have been worse ever since I got sick. So I sincerely hope that you have been doing as well as you can since this video was uploaded. I hate to see you going through a situation so similar to mine, because I know firsthand how painful it is :( Before I found my current provider, doctors were not listening to me. I got brushed off so many times... "Oh, it's just your menstrual cycle." "You might be pregnant" "You probably just have a stomach bug." When I hadn't eaten in two weeks, I couldn't function normally, etc. I KNEW something was seriously wrong, so I went and found a new doctor who would listen to me. After that, the biggest thing I've learned is, you have to be the BIGGEST advocate for yourself. You definitely have to bring out the bitchy side when necessary, because sometimes demanding it is the only way to get the care you need. Only you know your own body best, so it's unfortunate that so many medical professionals fail to put their egos aside to actually listen to their patients. I would push for an endoscopy/colonoscopy, a scan of your stomach, the celiac test, and a gastric emptying test; hopefully those would at least give you a good starting point. At the very least, with tests, even if negative, you are able to rule things out. I know pushing for testing is easier said than done when doctors aren't taking you seriously, but you've got this. Just keep fighting for yourself, and you will eventually get there. stay strong <3

外人 (gaijin) isn't really a slur as we in the west would usually understand, but more of a less polite term. 外国の方 (gaikoku no kata) is more polite but the shorter form is not necessarily meant disrespectfully. The biggest difference is probably that the latter specifically makes reference to the fact that a person is from another country whereas the former just refers to them being an outsider. IMO, it's not even remotely comparable to the 'N' word in the west, or the 'P' word that people from Pakistan often have to put up with in the UK.

🔴This may be long, but I would like you, the person who posted this video, and anyone living outside of Japan who comes to watch it, to read it. ⇓ Ah, this story is true of the difficulty of the teaching profession. The rest is about a distorted world created because you have obsessive thoughts due to mental problems, bad luck, or because you are stressed about everything and see everything through a bad filter. It's not Japan. The rest is simply because you are at fault or because you haven't studied Japan properly, but you just assume that Japan is the reason. Please stop saying "I fought diarrhea every day" as if Japan food is bad. It's the same as the food that comes out in anime. Nothing changes. I'm Japan, so I know it well. I mean, I've only seen videos of anime and other things, but I've never actually eaten them, so what a joke is that it's a "big mistake". Is it also a special ability that allows you to imagine and feel the taste by watching images? Not everyone except Japan is the same as you. You just didn't fit. Do you think it's the consensus of the whole world? Please stop the negative campaign for Japan food. It's simply a foreign land, so it's only natural that there are some things that don't go well with food. That's what Japan people feel when they go to your country. However, in your case, I think that the reason why you threw up was due to mental problems and "stress", not because you felt nauseous "because of Japan food". That or disease. No matter how much it doesn't fit, there is no "bad taste". In particular, Japan food is not out of the ordinary. "Rude attitude to foreigners" is too big a misconception. "Glaring at you like an animal" is simply because it is cooler and more beautiful overseas, and it is especially rare in rural areas. It's a paranoid delusion caused by a strong obsession due to the effects of your mental illness. Isn't it like this? Japan people also use smartphones as a matter of course on the streets and trains, and some people are addicted. Some people take selfies or record themselves to post on social media. Even students and adults do it normally. Didn't they mistake it for voyeurism or recording against you? When you are mentally ill, it is more likely that you will feel rejected by the world or become paranoid. Or rather, this is the truth. No one is that insane. Even if there were, it would be wrong to say that all Japan people would do it. Think about it calmly. There are good people and there are bad people. It's the same in every country. It's just that there were some people who didn't know common sense. Also, there is no bad or discriminatory meaning for "gaijin". It's just a word that refers to non-Japan people, and it doesn't mean anything else. It's just an abbreviation for "GAIKOKUJIN, which means foreigner." This is often misunderstood, but it is not a discriminatory term, nor is it a derogatory term. It's just a word that refers to non-Japan people, and it doesn't mean anything else. It's just an abbreviation for "GAIKOKUJIN, which means foreigner." Because Japan is an island nation, it is rare to meet people from overseas unless you are in a tourist destination. In Europe, it is easy to travel to neighboring countries, but in Japan, many people never leave Japan and have no opportunity to speak English. I want people to understand that "GAIJINSAN!", which means "someone who lives overseas" when passing by, means "foreigner! rare! lucky to meet you! beautiful, cool." It is natural to feel that it is rare. Because it is actually rare. I think that white people are especially cool and beautiful because they are very different from Japanese people. In other countries, when it is used in a negative context, such as saying that you should not do something because you are a foreigner, it does not mean that at all, but basically it does not mean that at all. Because Japan is an island nation, it is rare and a joy to meet people from other countries. Recently, it has been known that it is misunderstood as a bad word by foreigners, and they are called "GAIKOKUJIN" or "people living overseas." There is a growing trend that this is better, and it is changing. However, there are still many people who use it normally, such as the elderly and children. Of course, I'm not making fun of them at all. I think it's best to choose a better name, such as American or Japanese, but just as Europeans can't tell the difference between Asian faces, it's difficult for Japanese people to tell European faces apart by country. So please understand that it's unavoidable to use GAIJIN. The difference in facilities depending on the place is not unique to Japan. There are differences for various reasons, such as urban and rural areas. That is quite natural. Do you live in a country where there is equal wealth and poverty, and all the regions are large cities? As far as I know, there are no such countries. The truth is that you have had a mental illness from the beginning, but you didn't realize it, and you blamed Japan for all the symptoms and obsessions caused by the stress of being in a foreign country. You didn't study Japan deeply, you didn't calm down, you believed your own misunderstandings and prejudices, and you didn't think about what you could have imagined. This is a big mistake on your part... When you felt this way, you should have asked a Japanese person on the Internet or relied on someone. If you had realized that it was a wrong perception and realized that you were mentally ill as soon as possible, your life in Japan would have been better. Of course, there are many bad aspects of Japan, such as work relationships, and you are free to dislike Japan, but this video is talking about the world that you have filtered through your distorted filter as if it were fact. The content of this video is not fact. Japanese people would realize that this is wrong, but people from overseas will believe it. Could you please post a correction in the comments section, delete the video, or post a correction video? I sincerely hope that you will read this and change your misconception. It's not unusual to have a mental breakdown or not be able to adapt to a foreign country, and I guess it was also affected by COVID. I hope you're feeling better now. Next time, please do more research on Japan before coming. And I hope you won't dislike it.

I know this was posted a month ago, but I do sympathize and relate to what you're going through. I was diagnosed with celiacs after a year of constant digestive issues. Luckily, my doctor had me get a blood test asap as soon as I told her my symptoms, and then I had an endoscopy to confirm everything. I would definitely push for the blood test. Get a requisition form from your doctor- or pay out of pocket for an allergy test. It's worth to keep your mental health and sanity. Keep in mind when you do do a celiac blood test, you should be eating gluten a minimum of 2 weeks, or else it may not be accurate. I hope you get everything sorted soon!

I love your comment about copying different aspects from DIFFERENT creators and videos, and not just literally copying someone else's video. I know someone who made a video, only to have it copied exactly, down to the script (and not done as well), but the copier had an established channel, and ended up with over half a million views from the video within 2 weeks, while the original person got 500 views and ended up giving up on their channel. I am an establishing creator, and have found your comments useful and hope they help for my channels. Thank you Satch.

IBS isnt really understood. I had these symptoms for years and years, I thought I has Crohns disease or Celiac disease. I noticed that when I managed my anxiety alot of my symptoms went away. I'd definitely continue to advocate for more testing and be pushy! I eat a very controlled diet still and it's gotten a bit better. Eating out is definitely challenging since I avoid certain foods. Sometimes I feel sad that people can just eat anything and be fine. ): I always anticipate stomach issues and that probably doesn't help things. Best of luck to you, I hope you find your answer soon.
