Actually yes I CAN believe that a neighbor came up to you upset because he was trying to sleep. Some neighborhoods don’t even allow lawn work at certain times for this reason. Not saying he was in the right. But what I CANT believe is this guy apologized to you and he admitted he was wrong , that’s actually very rare in todays time and it take a lot of strength to do that , something 99% of people don’t have.

At least now the house can breathe and less likely to have structural problems but with that he’s probably has a warmer house in the summertime with the sun beating down. Can’t have it all! Lol
