Congratulations Ryo! I rarely comment on any videos and I'm commenting to let you know that your videos were therapy to me, they still are. I have somekind of locomotive disability since birth. So, I don't really know how walking feels like and never really explored the world. You're style of volgging was unique since they were silent vlogs. I absoutely loved them, as it felt like I was in that place. I discovered your channel maybe around the fall of 2021 and binged them all (the old vlogs too which are unforuntely unavailable now). I still watch your videos. I watched this very video after a week you published it and then I read the pinned comment. I'm happy for you and I'm sad too. This is the second time I'm watching this and I thought I should comment. Stay healthy.

I've been deeply moved by this video in remembrance for the casualties of the Great Earthquake in Tohoku in 2011, as you've created it from the bottom of your heart, which makes this video deeply authentic and emotional ! 😢🙏🏻 You've reached the bottom of my heart through this touching video thanks to the combination of interesting number, geographical and historical facts about this natural catastrophe, and of the living evidences that attest the huge damages caused by this natural disaster. However, I've been even more moved by the actions of the inhabitants after this tragic disaster in 2011. Despite the big material destructions and the numerous lost human and animal lives, the Japanese nation has kept hope and has gradually rebuilt the damaged localities. Since life was still possible in this area of Japan, the inhabitants decided to go forward by restarting life there. Hence, destroyed localities have been rebuilt and found their splendor again thanks to the solidarity and open-handedness of the Japanese people. These people have found the strength to move forward in direction of the present despite the atrocities from the past disaster, which is for me the most moving and inspiring life lesson in this video. By the way, Tohoku is definitively a very charming region of Japan with an uniquely diverse cultural patrimony and an incredibly rich diversity of nature. In addition to the excellent documentary about the disaster, you've let us discover all this beauty of Tohoku from the wonderful, peaceful Miyagi prefecture. I've discovered nice, calm towns and fascinating lively cities, as well as sumptuous natural landscapes. Personally, Matsushima Bay is a true natural jewel of Tohoku, where the land seems to embrace the sea, as if this region wants to forgive the sea for the disaster that is caused in 2011. 😌

I checked out your channel after 4-5 months only to find out that this could be your last video. I really loved your vlogs, I've watched all of them multiple times. Watching your vlogs made me feel like I'm traveling together with you. I really wish that in the near future you'd continue to make such videos. Last but not the least, congratulations on getting married. Wish you two a lovely and healthy life.

I've just experienced an extraordinary adventure thanks to your guided tour in the urban labyrinth of Tokyo ! 😃 At first glance, the ambience in Harajuku looks gloomy due to the dark streets and the nearly complete absence of people and noise. However, I rapidly feel myself serene and even happy while you're walking in these streets, as the ambience is truly quiet and hence leads to a stress-free walk. Furthermore, there are many light source everywhere, from the casual street lamps to the colorful neon signs, which creates a nicely cordial and joyful ambience there. I'm very happy for having discovered the area of Harajuku in more details. This famous area of Tokyo offers a wonderful contrast of environment between Takeshita Street and Ura-Harajuku. Takeshita Street seems to be a lively street full of amusements, whereas Ura-Harajuku looks rather like a residential area where people can live more quietly by avoiding the main hustle and bustle of the city. Thank you very much for this uniquely incredible night walk through Tokyo. ☺🙏🏻
