Why not just eat a fruit like watermelon for breakfast. Then have oatmeal with some cinnamon and apple with walnuts. Then have lunch later of a Vegetable Salad of some sort. Dinner could be beans and rice or lentils etc.?

You absolutely can do all of that. 🙂 This was just worked for us at the time.

Really, you can look into this, carnivore diet, Please try a 30 day all meat diet, the lion diet, check out videos by Dr Berry, KenDBerryMD paruse some of his clips on the carnivore diet. only saying this because I care, and you can see this video interview with Dr Berry and a registered dietician. kzbin.info/www/bejne/q6WanY2GaLZ7qMU There are so many oxalates in the vegetable diets that are toxic to the body.

Tips to beating cancer and other diseases: 1. Only drink water and drink 2-3l a day. 2. Eat mainly root vegetables that are organic. (especially turnips) 3. Do what almost no one is able to do, and that is eat your 3 meals in a 6 to maximum 8 hours window a day. (start meal to end meal, in order for the body to repair itself much faster) 4. Totally leave:sugar/sweeteners/normal cheap unhealthy fats. Cancer lives of sugar. That will make it a lot easier for you guys. Good luck.

My cancer was in my esophagus. I thought the same thing. Remove my esophagus and won’t have to have chemo or radiation. Think positive but always realize that cancer is deceptive and you may have to get other treatments. Wish you the best.

Haven't heard of the Irish Famine, pretty sure they were loving their potatoes :)
@KrocksInTheKitchen8 күн бұрын
The famine was caused the failure of the potato crops and unfair British policies placed on Ireland. They starved because they had no potatoes to eat and no money to buy other foods.

Are you still following plant based ? Check out Dr Thomas Seyfried - metabolic therapy, fasting and maintaining keto (can still do as plant based) are extremely effective for cancer
@KrocksInTheKitchen8 күн бұрын
Yep, still following plant based. I plan on doing some fasting after I recover.
@shanDalicous8 күн бұрын
@@KrocksInTheKitchen the fasting would be beneficial right now as it starts autophagy of damage cells, and it would help cancer sooner than later: you’re a lovely people and I wish you only the best health going forward
@KrocksInTheKitchen8 күн бұрын
We actually spoke to some experts on fasting. They told both of us that fasting is not recommended during recovery after surgery as the body needs basic building blocks to repair damage.

Really nice salad! Looks tasty and healthy too! I need to substitute the hummus though, since my doctor said that eating it is like taking estrogen (which is a risk factor for breast cancer).

Sorry. As a European, there is something going on outside of you two. I've never of heard a young couple having cancer at the same time, and I'm 52. it's almost as if you are happy about having a great insurance plan instead of being protected from environmental pollutants that cause cancers to start with. But hey, we all appreciate different things. We in the 'communist' Europe do not kind of appreciate what you have got.
@Jewlz4ever9 күн бұрын
So glad you are okay! I am a believer that cancer is caused not by the foods we eat or don’t eat, but by unresolved emotional conflicts and traumas. Many people have reversed their cancer just through meditation and emotional work. If you’d like to hear testimonies, check out Dr. Joe Dispenza’s channel. For myself personally I have healed all my food intolerances by changing my beliefs towards food. Prayers for you both. 🙏🏻

I'm so glad that you're sticking with Mayo. When you have a serious illness, you choose the best. God bless and good luck from a 32 year cancer survivor here.
