I just recieved the NUX Plexi Crunch and this pedal is also on my hit list. For the money this is a no brainer. I can use the pedal as a third channel on my old Mesa Dual Rec Tremoverb. I can also use both pedals into my JC120 and have three great tones for clean, crunch and lead. Good Job NU>X!

*Brah )) Rubber feet creates some space between the combo and surface - with aim of passive radiator can move the air under it ))) Physical POWER BUTTON is not there cause its a digital scheme amplifier with DAC on board - it always has that kind of turn on procedure...just remember any portable JBL GO speaker with 2 buttons BLUETOOTH and POWER... etc) Also good quality physical button eats a lot of space inside) All those things are so normal for people who at least read or watch something about electronics, acoustic systems and amp design - you should spend some time also man, cause lot of people doing facepalm watching your ''scientific'' conclusions)) Broke it with hammer - and have a look inside) Maybe it will be a new world for you))) No hate - good luck)*

If you can modify the Boss DS-1 by replacing the tone section with the Hi and Lo Color Mix active circuit of the HM-2, I think you would have a superb, versatile distortion pedal.

Frankly, I am not a fan of these "true bypass" noisy, crude, hard pushbuttons. These China effects should revert to the soft, professional flip-flops which Boss started with. Ergonomic, wide, padded footstep, soft and easy to step on, electronic switching, merely tapping a momentary switch below.

Joyo has a CL-104 Destruction Distortion which I don't see anyone reviewing. Black with a submarine drawing around the pushbutton. Could you review that ?

Hey men, what kind of cable u using here to power your hx stomp from joyo5, i do have they same power supply like yours, and my problem is that it powers the hx stomp but once when i engage my preamp from one of the tree switches it creates a weird noise that i dont what cause compare to if i only used the original power supply,,
