My 2013 R1 is behaving in a similar manner. It will eventually start after 6 or 7 attempts, but as the days get colder, it is harder and harder to start. Eventually not starting at all. If I have the battery on a trickle charger it makes no difference. The motorcycle is charging at over 14 volts when running. After the bike has been running and all systems are warm, the bike starts effortlessly. I have had the battery tested and CCA measure good. I have replaced the solenoid and the issue persists. You seem extremely knowledgeable in the field of motorcycles so I was wondering if you suspect it is the starter. I'm thinking it is a partially failed winding. Great tutorial video! Did you have to get a LS computer pcm to run it

My 2010 ninja 250 makes the same clicking sound when switching it on and bogs out when running etc, I took it to a mechanic and he said it just need setting up on a dynamo? Is this sound deffo throttle bodies? Or could it be the throttle position sensor etc?

hi friend please I have a question at the beginning you say if you have a coolant leak you just have to replace the gasket (the one underneath the pinion) my question is: I'm leaking water from under the oil sump vent. I dismantled everything except the clutch and this component that I see in your video (the one under the pinion) I dismantled the entire sump etc etc, as long as the water comes out of the vent under the sump. only water no oil. what should I do?

Not sure if I missed this but are the shocks just stock shocks? I was going with Bilstein but idk if I should get the stock shocks or the ones that say they’re for a 4in drop. I also have 5/6 drop trying to raise to 2/4

I ended up going with a 4L65E transmission & it bolted right up to my 6.0LS motor & I was able to get my transfer case & 4WD working as well. I found this video & committed to doing the job. How were u able to figure out how much mm. to go down? I got the same problem on my exhaust side. The current shims were 1.90 i put in 1.70mm

I have the problem that the bike doesn't stay on, if I rew to and hold to 1,5-2k RPM the bike stays on and if I let go it turns off. It set the normal idle to 2k and it seems to work better but I am afraid to let it on 2k RPM constantly even when the bike is warm. The problem seems to occur only at lower temps (50°F, 10°C and below) and I have no problem at higher env. temps and when the bike is already warm. I haven't tried, but i think it also works if I turn the bike on and quickl rev over 10k RPM and leave it idle... when I drive at in first gear normal at some point the bike also idles normal. Kinda weird .. TPS seems to be fine calibrated and I have no clue what else it could be. Can you help me out?

I wouldn’t put the bolt back on until the filter is removed otherwise old oil will mix in with the new oil

2013 gsxr 750 have identical issue but I made a switch its priming getting gas air but all it do is crank can a mock not give enough ignition to start?

I do.have 1 question for you if you might remember and you talked about it in this video right at the end but you didn't happen to say exactly what you had to do on hp tuners to make it read right.... And thats the rpm gauge. Do you happen to remember what you had to do in hp tuners to make it right by chance? Im not very good with HP but i do have it and could probably do it if you possibly remember the process you did to make it right. But if not no big deal man as i will try to figure it out.
