I just watched your video on plastics....thank you I got rid of all my black plastics and plastics. What about the nuts in plastic containers. Should we dump them out and put them in glass containers. Pretty much everything is stored in plastics, milk, ketchup, etc.

I would not use HOT water, as it can crack the tank.. warm, sure.. but.. why try to mix in the tank? Why not premix with the powder/water while in the bucket? I would NOT be taking my KITCHEN edible wooden spoons into that tank.. no way. wood is porous, and can soak up any pathogens, harder to sterilize. (Hope you boiled that spoon afterward!) I see MOLD! I would suggest a two fold attack.. take vinegar to the rim, removing the BLACK MOLD on the sides, and in the spray nozzle, and the tube. Every time you flush, that water atomizes.. and it flies around in the air you breathe.. so good idea to assure no mold as well. Then, get down under the rim with a separate tooth brush and more of that citric acid, or.. comet. usually where there is mold in the line/overfill tube like that, it will be in the bowl under the rim, where the water comes into the bowl.

I would like to add, use Ceylon cinnamon. Most cinnamon sold in the spice aisle is Cassia. I was doing something similar to this, and it called for cinnamon. I just used the cinnamon that I got at the grocery store. I had routine lab work done about a month later, and my liver enzymes were elevated! So, I did some research. Cassia cinnamon contains something called Coumarin, it can mess up your liver if you're ingesting it on a regular basis. I'm gonna try the recipe in this video, but I will be sure to use Ceylon cinnamon.

Sour wood honey doesn't spike insulin as much. There is some sort of scientific reason. You can research it. Also ceylon cinnomon is BEST!!! just a few more ways to maximize results.

Hi Sandy, thanks so much for this excellent foot care video showing how naturally beautiful and photogenic your feet are!!!... yes, particularly the amazing texture, colour and shape of your soIes!... they're truly mesmerizing embroidered with gold lace of dry skin! And I greatly enjoyed watching them up close before and during the exfoliation process. Too bad you didn't show the final results. Do you also use foot files / callous remover to exfoliate and scrape your feet? I really hope you mke another DIY foot care video like this one and wishing you WONDERFUL 2025!!!

When one party loses, they quietly do their duty and fade away. When another party loses, their followers wipe feces on the walls of the capital and spill blood of officers. But I guess that doesn't make sense sense right. This is in honor of officer Brian Sicknick.

Love the passion but remove the vinegar!!!!! Its destroying all the good in this!! Its acidic and yes, will destroy your teeth and bones over time BUT its making this healing drink useless. Add coconut water to super charge it. Filtered water is fine tho and ensure no additives or chemicals in the tea like "natural flavors, citric acid etc". They are toxic. So raw honey, filtered water, cinnamon, clean organic 1 ingredient tea (chamomile is good, lemon balm is best), fresh squeezed lemon/lime. Boom! Great vid.

Thank you for your informative video. As I have gathered, most chamomile teabags are not that. I mean, they are the so-called chamomile-infused tea. You may consider looking for genuine loose-leaf chamomile tea.

I boil cinnamon sticks and have cinnamon water all the time. I use it to make coffee and other teas like chamomile tea, green tea and black tea instead of the powder because it doesn't dissolve in the water and don't like the taste going down my throat it makes me cough

In my own experience, flossing and cleaning my teeth at the gum line has made a world of difference in my oral health. I use a floss pick immediately after eating-meals, snacks, anything. Then I use regular floss-the unwaxed that really gets in there and scrubs the side surfaces of my teeth. I also use a dental rinse before bedtime every night. I also apply a calcium paste to my teeth after the dental rinse, before bedtime every night.

My MIL has had one of these for several months and it is so fun to just hop on and bounce. I finally decided to get my own since i have very low self dicipline in sticking to an exercise commitment & the fun of bouncing will encourage me to at least get on for a few minutes everyday. Once i get into a habit it will be easier to expand my routine.
