Annette Reeder attends my church. She is amazing! I'm going to do her versin of the Daniel Fast in January. I've never done it before, but I feel like I need a reset with my health.

I just subscribed to Annette reeders site a few weeks ago! She's been very helpful. I listened to the one about changing our negative thoughts. It had really helped ease my depression. I have a counselor that said studies show negative thoughts cause depression not necessarily depression causing negative thoughts

Thank you Sandy, that was a great video. Sometimes you don’t know what to have for lunch, but when you think about it you have it all in the pantry and fridge.

Thank you Sandy, I was feeling guilty for eating fruits, now I know to eat them with protein.

Fruit is not the culprit! So good for us plus additional fiber. 😊

I love watching your videos! I love your simple bread recipe. I have been making a loaf or two every week since you posted the video. I have even ordered a grain mill. I would love to see your recipe for your sour dough bread.

Sandy, a HUGE thank you!!! I needed this, TODAY. I've been on a roller coaster of eating since my separation, divorce, and thrown under the bus by my well - paid FEMALE lawyer. I have IBS-C, migraines; and, since lockdown, I developed disordered eating listening to all the charlatans that convinced us to eat a certain way.

Awe, Tina, have been under a lot of stress. Eating real whole food and getting on a good routine will help you. Get back to the way God intended us to eat. God is the one that knows, and has told us, what will bring health to our bodies. I am going to share so much more on this and hope to help people want to get healthy.

Love your videos Sandy! My only recommendation is get rid of the tortillas. Most store bought tortillas have a crazy amount of ingredients (for store shelf life). You can replace them with things like lavash flat bread, pita bread, etc. There should only be a few ingredients. Or simply make them yourself (new video idea) which is not hard to do.

I think this is a very good tip! I should try to learn how to make them.

Such good ideas and info. You make more sense than the Drs. And nutritionists I listen to. Stay away from all the chemicals they put in our food!

Love when you give healthy ideas on what to,eat. I have both of those books you referred to. They have some really great information. Looking forward to you sharing more of your take on their books.

Thanks for watching! I learned so much from the books. I am re-reading one of them and highlighting texts. I hope to share a lot of the knowledge that most of us are lacking in the normal diet that most eat now days.

I totally agree with you Sandy, There ar some powerful herbs growing near us that are healing. The food should be our pharmacy.Thank you for your ideas. I personally like some fermented foods like pickles, saurcraut, kimchi and kefir with moringa powder. i am trying to educate myself about the better food choices, shopping locally at my local butcher to help them. i try to stay away from doctors and big pharma especially after covid. Greetings Sandy. xx

I agree on the fiber! The lack of fiber & consumption of energy drinks is why colon cancer is on the rise.

I think fiber isn't talked about enough and the huge health benefits we receive from eating fiber. So much disease is on the rise.
