I’m hoping to be able to buy one of these cars soon. I am disabled due to several neurological conditions. I look fine until I try to use my arms. If my arms are up to drive or use my computer or most other things, I end up with unbelievable pain. I also end up with muscle spasms, including in my throat ( dystonia). I spend 99% of my time at my home because I’m so limited as to what I can do. No hobbies, no outside life because what can you do if you can’t use your arms? I can’t begin to explain how hard it is. It’s so frustrating to not be able to be independent. I’m looking forward to being able to purchase one. It would be so nice to have a little bit of my independence back.

Sounds horrible. Unfortunately democrats only concern is controlling people so they have timed the lights in every major city to be as inefficient as possible. Unless this is fixed first, then self driving will never be a realistic solution, no one can afford to take ten times longer to get somewhere than if they drove themselves. AI FSD will not be helpful for at least 50 years because it would take that long, at least, to optimize the traffic control systems in every city in the US.
