When he says. Why should I buy your product. Go into scientific details. Articles and research. Saying I’m the best is offensive and vague

How about a neatly cleaned and trimmed beard? Is being clean-shaven very important?
@MaceHoroff14 жыл бұрын
No. Just understand that some surgeons, for example, might have an issue with a beard that is not completely covered in the O.R. You can't change everything about yourself to try and appeal to customers, but you do what you can. For example, some HCPs don't like tattoos. Don't have them removed, but you might consider covering them so as not offend...or NOT. It's up to you. Just be aware that everything you do matters.

This is all true...assuming all sales reps are on a level playing field. Many territories in most companies are vastly different from another...from insurance plans, territory size and general opportunity....no excuses but this exists in almost every company. A lot of times the TOP reps have tremendously privileged territories...with huge Rxers, Top insurances, etc...there ARE advantages to the Top reps...not that they are bad reps but most have had their paths paved

I worked for 25 in this industry with one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. I retired 7 years ago. You’re exactly right regarding evidence based sales, but you lost him when he handled your product during the presentation. That’s where his focus was and not on your presentation. Once a customer takes the product, sales piece or whatever he’s lost. Jmo

What is the best way to follow up with a doctor? I have no problem booking lunches but after I have presented my product the doctor will leave channels of people that I can follow up on to get back to them on a question they had. When I contact their medical assistants I get nothing, call and leave voicemail and even send emails. Not even a response saying no thanks.
