Well warrior culture along with Leisure districts in Ecumenopolis with strongholds and boom you are done for, huge amount of Naval caps, and unity, can use that unity for all other edict buffs including fleet capacity buffs. Have reached multiple times to max naval capacity of 9999 that way, only thing what matches it is Machine empire with Machine worlds strong holds.

One thing I think is odd is not mentioned anywhere is that the DLC actually adds a new traditions tree called "Enmity", which can actually be quite powerful. Perhaps that was added later on.

I got Crystal Enclave event and just thought it was a common event. So unless they buffed the spawn chance of it turns out I got the rarest event in the game to happen, without knowing it.

Apparently there was a legit homeworld story buried along with cutscenes but dei made last minute changes and That's why you have a cringe story along with women who look like men with wigs.

I opened this with 8k fleet power, and they totally destroyed my neighbors. They went for me a little but I was able to hold them off with two merc fleets and spamming frigates and destroyers with point defense. Free real estate!

Wow. 7 years ago. Yeah. Shit has changed. I only got the encoder and decoder from the "correct" option. The deflectors and what-not dont exist anymore it seems, and yes the star system is extremely nerfed to just a couple of planets (one of which was inhabitable anyways)

As long as you go relatively straight youll always make a profit even with dead heading unless youre on very hard
