One thing you forgot to mention with the bio structures civic is that it works differently for lithoids. And yes, they can take it. Basically, it makes ALL of their things cost minerals instead of food/alloys. This sounds insanely powerful and that's because it is. The mineral cost is very high and doesn't work with modded stuff most of the time, but it is something hive mind lithoids get. Works insanely well with the terravore civic.

Had the game for a few days now, got good at playing but I haven’t been able to get it yet. It's pronounced "in-te-JUR" exactly like you'd say the first syllable of words like "jury", or "journey", or "Jurassic", or "gerbil". I know it's always lame to spell check people and check people's pronunciation of words too. But this felt like a grenade went off when you said it and it's just that kind of mispronunciation that would drive people crazy.

I do believe there is also a special fallen empire that interacts with this event. They have a chance to ether be Hijacked by the contingency or to repel the ghost signal and join the galaxy to fight back.
