I need build freedom to create without having to place builds lined up with a world grid in essence my builds be a separate grid the ability to dig and create underground dwellings or under water or up in a mountain without that creative freedom it's not worth it

MAKE THIS CLEAR NEXT TIME DO NOT START A NEW SAVE AND STOP ADVERTISING YOUR MISSIONS VIA THE OLD WAY I finished the missions only to realize that nothing will transfer over because I started adrift the old way we started missions. I searched it up online and I am not the only one that started Adrift the old way. Now we do not get the nanites or other cool stuff, even our bases because you all made this possible by enabling the old method. Im so pissed. I loved the mission, But I AM NOT doing it again. Make it possible to at least transfer items or rewards better

I might actually try this game again after like a year

Well done. The first thing that ruined immersion for me first time I played was that the space stations were exactly the same in each system, this is for me a very much needed update that bring flavor to the game. About the ship customization, I guess I will no longer search for a rare spawn of a certain ship haha. If its possible to open modding to change sound and visual of alien races it will be superb, been playing no man sky for years and now it feels nostalgic when I hear the alien sounds haha.

Guys please update the font of some writing in the game, it looks cheap, make it look same font as your Nms logo, that logo font looks good, i know its small detail, but for some reason, for me it puts me off, and i cant enjoy the game that much, when the font looks bad

You guys are doing an amazing job keep it up. If you see this I play on pc but use controller and the mining beam or weapons won’t work with r2 so all I can do is bash to get resources unless I keep switching between keyboard and mouse then controller. Is there any fix to this?

Today while playing NMS I named a new star system after Rutger Hauer, with each planet and moon named after one of his many roles. THEN someone pointed me to this trailer, which I'd never seen before. It's so cool that someone at HelloGames was thinking on a similar wavelength as far back as 2015.

While I look forward to this game, i can't help but wonder how they'll keep this from being a walking, climbing, traveling simulator. Personally, I look forward to being a hermit character in a mountain, but... I need to see what can be created within the game. Do I get to make obelisks with poems etched into them? What's the living and creating within this world look like?
