Plymouth or Constellation or Nelson?

So by his rules my new BA Montana with its 19.5 stock reload the only other US BB I have with a lower reload is Constellation at 18 seconds flat, and I can not play them because they are broken, And no shock he came back he needs the attention I said he be back on a Hive video commet but he sounds like he is trolling because Hipper is a troll, because he wants views, And agree WOWS/WOWSL for the most part is a joke. We forget this is a free to play game, anyone can play it, young or old. Some come to play to blow off steam, others to have fun . So some games are losses big ones to but who cares its a game a video game so your win rates lowers so what, its a number on a screen. Most are not going to learn how to angel, or overmatch but again they are not why its a joke. It is the devs they are the joke, and it gets funnier everyday, in this season ranked for DD I saw shells go thouh ships no damge and there was no island they clip to do that, saw shells do all they could to not hit a targets.

This 1 vs 1 rank is great I could not get into CL one but this DD one is good I use Luca Tarigo, with Luigi-Rizzo full gun build maxed level maxed legendary skills I have 4.2 second reload not super fast guns but that SAP slaps the shit out of DDs, as concelment is a waste in this mode no CLs to fear. Trops are not that needed I hit 1 DD with it, a Benson. I my play is let them start to cap that way I know were they are then move in start a gun fight most have to get thier trops off once they go boardside I feast, I sent Kidds to the bottom yes faster guns but mine hit harder, now if the other player us slow I do cap one game got both bases forced him to come to me.
