Have you tried making "forged" carbon fiber rings with pigments/colors in them for inlay bands? Or would they be too weak/fragile? I have seen them as knife handle scales but was unsure if its viable for ring blanks or not. I want to purchase your make your own ring package on your website and try it out with the intention of making a memory ring of my dog and maybe some gifts if i enjoy making them but finising carbon fiber ring blanks that arent pricy to practice with/up to my standards is hard

All stainless steel are inert with Nitric Acid. Try dipping it in HCL or household muriatic acid.
