Hi, new to the channel. I can say that I'm a seasoned portrait photographer as I've been doing the work consistently for the past ten years but have just started to photograph horses. I was apprehensive and kept my distance for the first three shoots, using long lenses, but recently started to get closer. The handler makes a great difference when the photographer is not savvy with animals. It's not that I don't love horses, as I do, but admit that I didn't have the chance until recently to get so close. It can be intimidating for both of us, man and horse. The handler told me to let the horses smell the equipment and let them to slowly get used to them and me. I'm even using flash now with some of the horses I work with.

same with music. but i believe it is simply shifting and throwing different light on the subject. division btw high quality man-made live acts and AI generated quick-consumer highly edited flashes will grow. and ppl will appreciate live acts even more in the future. so i believe who is really good at their craft will survive but in a close proximity to what makes us human. taking pics of food and objects for advertisement or ... concrete humans, pets, rituals, memories... making jinggles and techno music for huge numbing parties or music for theater areas, smaller venue, pubs... and actually playing and singing live without autotune. i believe it will be gold.
@loneshootr27 күн бұрын
I agree, particularly with live music performance. Humans need the connection, the intimacy of live performance in front of their eyes. I think the spread of AI music will throw live performance into even sharper relief. I hope...

I found out that boredom is what caused me to have GAS with guitar gear. It caused me to go window shopping which is how the purchases were made in the first place.

I love lenses. Also guitar pedals. Also tools. So building my own guitar now. Jazzmaster shape, but bigsby trem, prail pickups, 3 way toggle. Looks like an old wooden surfboard. Its one thing to buy jist to buy, but when you make anything with it is it an addiction?

My D7500 is now up to 388,000 clicks now,, still running like the day it came out of the box. I used to worry about the shutter count, but now I don't think about it. I just pick up the camera and switch it on. In my seventies, fighting cancer, the D7500 will probably outlast me.

Brilliant thoughts. I love my black & white moody style of photography. Having been through the 'posting for likes' stage, I now take photos that please me!!. I don't give a rats arse who doesn't like my images, I do.

I'm so glad to return back and look at your YT channel here. Recently opened a yoga/art/aura photo studio and last week, pulled out my neglected Nikon D7100, (previously got some music microphones and recorder for my singing bowls.) I'm so grateful to see this video today, (maybe it is the second time, I am not sure.) Thank you.

I shoot with an old DSLR. If you understand the Exposure triangle, composition and photographing your subject. Please remember that photographer usually has to purchase two of everything. It is easy to get two dslr kit or two aps-c mirrorless kit rather than a full frame.

Good day to you Drew, I use the Canon 90d along with an abundance of lenses' I also own the lumix s5 with the sigma art 20 mil lens... For quality purposes I mainly use the 90d because of the higher pixel count and the colour Canon gives, I love the lumix but Canon is everything the lumix and sigma aren't... Love the Canon 55 to 250 stm, s amazing quality as demonstrated in one of your videos I watched... Anyhow hope your doing fine and still putting out your great content... Peace from the uk dude...
