i've got a BATRICAR SERENE MOBILITY SCOOTER, but it keep's cutting out when it's on 4mph it's ok but when i put it on to 8mph it run's but as soon as i go forward on 8mph it suddenly cut's out and stop's moving forward but when i put the speed control right up that's when it cut's out but when i turn it down slightly it's ok could the hare and tortoise switch be faulty or not ? or could it be something else that is the problem ? it's that i have a buyer for it but they don't want it because of the 8mph stopping problem. kind regard's kev

Hello, I was hoping for some advice please !! Shoprider deluxe has recently stopped working, it's showing fully charged and on the odd occasion when pressing the forward and backwards it's moved a couple of feet then stopped . I am adamant that it's this on the video could you please recommend the part I need because I know they have now changed and centralizing ? Does that mean when fitted make sure it's in the central position ?

please help! my scooter motor runs great and it all works perfectly indoors on smooth ground and even in and up door jams but it keep stopping repeatedly when i get outside and it beeps sometimes and sometimes it just cuts out but the power indicator doesn't cut out it starts working again with no work if i just pause a moment or if it gets beeping i turn it off and on. i feel the breaks lock up under me but don't know how to test that all the connections are good idk what to do i can't afford replace or repairs so i really need to know what exactly to replace and my family will help do the labour. please help if you have any suggestions. thank you so much for all your efforts and support

hi, thanks for a great video, but i have question regarding a tga vista s, and would apreciate any help, would anything work if the lcd head unit was broken? theives stole my mums scooter and left it with the front end all smashed a the side of road,i recovered it with help and charged up,(all the wiring room seems ok) but nothing,no lcd displayno lights or indicators and wont drive ,i would like to try and repair this and any advise i would be greatful for, thanks and subsribed

I have a Pride Jazzy ZTS with a problem that I am hoping you might be able to help me with please🙏. I had to lay up my mobility scooter for a while due to illness but when I tried to use it again I had no power so I changed the ignition switch as thanks to you and your channel had an idea this was the problem and it worked but.....only one wheel will turn and that's struggling🤔. I have a 5 light bleep code which suggests it is the throttle pot but I changed this and still have the same problem😪. I took the motor and brake off and they worked good🤷‍♂️. Very good video. I did my wifes buggy last week. Cleaned it up not as bad as this. Made a few errors, wish I'd seen this before particularly in regard making marks on parts that come apart. Very easy put back. For me i had to undo a couple of times because i had it the wring way.

Hi there you helped with scooter about a year ago. Well the same scooter has a fault agian its a kymco agility my batteries went flat and no longer hold a charge. So i took them off. Took me a few weeks until i could afford new batteries. When i put the new batteries on everything on the control panel lights up even when the keys not in the scooter could you give me some advice on what to look for as a fault thanks so much for your help before if you wasnt so far from me id bring it into you. Hi, I wanted to kindly ask you for advice, I have an old Pride Victory XL with a battery charger inside the scooter. inside the battery charger there is a toroidal transformer 220V input and 24v-0-24v output (broken) which powers a board which perhaps transforms the alternating current into direct current and splits the 24V output current into 12V+12V for the two batteries, infact the output wires of the box reach the charge stabilizer. Since I can't quickly find the entire working battery charger around, nor a 24v-0-24v transformer for repair all, but only 24V, and also because the battery charger with transformer is old technology, I wanted to ask you if it was possible to mount a new external switching battery charger, definitively eliminating the old battery charger with the entire electronic board inside the box and connecting the new battery charger directly to the charge stabilizer. It might work or I'll create a disaster. Furthermore, if what I thought couldn't be done, can I replace the old and broken 24V-0-24V toroidal transformer with a simple 24V? wiring in throttle on one im working on - the wires bot pulled out of the the two spring sensors (one on each side) 2 brown and 2 black wires - on the little sensors there's a piece of metal to solder one wire and next to it on the same sensor is a wire to solder to. well how do you figure out what wire does what inside the throttle? (twist throttle)

Hey sir, I have a Wig Wag throttle wired to a drive. When rotated to one side moves the motor forward and when rotated to the opposite side moves the motor in reverse. I want to completely remove the Wig Wag and control the direction from PLC outputs. If I use two relays (one relay contact close wiper to high reference and the other relay contact closes wipe to low reference) will this work? I am assuming the motor will start full speed side away?

How would I go about testing the leads on the batteries to verify they're being charged by the onboard charger? I see 24v entering the electronic control module (ECA) but then it doesn't seem to be putting anything out from there. Rally scooter. Circuit breaker button doesn't hold down, just freestyles.
