A light saber would have to repel other light sabers. Otherwise you couldn't block with them. The blades would ghost through each other, and both Jedi would get cut in half. But comics don't care about logic. They would come up with some plot reason it could hurt superman if they needed to. You could probably argue that only red light sabers could hurt him because of their negative nature.
