Would love to know how many vehicles are available across the US that are older than 12 months. Im in Australia 🇦🇺 and the prices of these trucks are dropping fast here.

I drove my Honda Civic for 9.5 years and 160K miles. Buy a Honda or a Toyota and drive it for 10-15 years or until it dies on you. Never buy a car from the big three -- they have poor build quality, bad fuel economy and unrefined powertrains. And if you are still paying off a car, don't buy a new car. This country is full of stupid, stupid people who love to get separated from their hard-earned money.

I just bought a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder, private sale. $7,000. With some savings and a $5,000 personal loan, and reasonable insurance it's costing me $220 per month. This vehicle looks and drives brand new. 30 years ago I bought a 1995 Mazda B-2300 4X4 for $13,000. I still drive it, it's been great.

I just bought a 2008 Lexus gx470 with 235k miles for $4k from my boss. Why? Because I’m fucking broke, I’m missing cc payments and I’m ruining my credit! I’m shocked at how well the Lexus performs. It’s not missing a beat.

Not only are prices too high, but the quality is terrible. Absolutely terrible. I am ok with paying for good quality products, but I'm not ok with paying high prices for crap. (I have a 2019 Jeep GC with that air suspension system I paid extra for, that doesn't work in the cold.)

The problem is that manufacturers are also paying a higher overhead just like we are. But they have the luxury of just passing that on to consumers to retain their profit margin. Until we stop buying that is. The manufacturers and the dealers need to cut into their profit margins and get volume going or they’re going to drown.

I truly believe that all the CEO's & all the Dealership owners have overtime has become so GREEDY especially during the COVID EPIDEPMIC dealers TRULY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF AMERICANS by OVER PRICING THEIR VEHICLES between 5K - 30k over window sticker. I know this cause I witnessed it myself. And I DO NOT FEEL ABIT SORRY FOR THE DEALERSHIP OWNERS. I HOPE THEY PAY A HEAVY PRICE BY NOT SELLING THEIR INVENTORY. I FEEL SORRY FOR ALL THE FACTORY WORKERS THATS GOING TO BE LAID OFF BECAUSE THEIR CEO's COULD NOT MANAGE TO DO THE RIGHT THING. NOW THESE INNOCENT AMERICANS THAT IS GOING TO BE LAID OFF WON'T HAVE INCOME COMING IN, BUT THE CEO's AND THE DEALERSHIP OWNERS THEY CONTINUE TO FEED THEIR FAMILIES, SO WTF IS WRONG WITH THIS WHOLE PICTURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I work for Ford and I can tell you they still want full production. They just keep pumping this stuff out like it’s selling like hot cakes. I honestly can’t believe the prices of vehicles and how greedy they have become. Buttttt most of the price of vehicles is from labor costs. And when you have the scum bag union demanding huge raises guess where the companies make up the price?

I am sick of all the new transmissions and engines that have more problems than payments!!!! 🤬 I can't believe the stupidity of these engineers that are allowed to over engineer to the point that vehicles don't last!!! Hey manufacturers are y'all listening?? It's not just the price--- that's just the symptom of your junk!!!

I’m dating myself, but when I was in high school, classmates with decent part-time jobs could afford to buy new base model Wranglers. Yes, most of their paychecks went to the Wrangler and they did not have to pay for living expenses like housing, but they could afford it. A base Wrangler is now $32k!
