Wow! I don’t know that Laos have war too, they seem silent and controlled by the Vietnamese. No offence, but if those soldier have escaped into Cambodia, the Khmer Rouge might kill some too because of the civil war and also the Vietnamese invasion. It’s a sad story for Laos. I really interested and want to learn more from. Your adventures is inspiring and good to watch.

Thank you for taking me back to my birthplace, Vientiane & letting me reminisce about my family's arduous journey to Nong Khai. Although I am melancholic to see that the refugee camp we lived in is no longer there, it's nice to see the progress made since 1975.

I don't know if you meant about the telephone box or not, but if you did - I wasn't pointing and laughing at them, I was being encouraging to the lad taking a photo, being friendly, and laughing about the fact that, that's what people think Britain is (the red telephone boxes, black taxis etc.) wasn't trying to be judgemental with it. I can see how you might have seen it that way, but that was not my initial intention. I think often people mistake British people's sarcastic jokes and comments for malice or hate. It's not that at all bro

@@wehatethecold so you are pretty much fluent? I've been going there for about 10 years and can speak simple Thai but am very impressed with your Thai language. I'm jealous to be honest but I have never lived there.

I wouldn’t say fluent, I can speak well but nowhere near fluent. Just keep learning mate! I did about 2-4 hours per day of study and then obviously while I was there immersed myself completely
