I put my insomnia to excellent use with this brilliant podcast. Thank you both. I'm nearly 68 and learning and unlearning so much.

What? High power? What does that even mean? We put electronic devices right by our heads even before AirPods. Headphones, smartphones, even landline phones or other headsets or other telephones. What about TVs or microwaves or cars? Don’t even get me started about radio!

Ok wow...how are there no comments on here?! Thank you for hosting Dr. Sutton. I recently found out I have the C282Y variant and I am so angry that it has been 15 years of me trying to convince doctors that something is just not right. All they ever did was tell me to take iron supplements for my anemia. What I can't figure out is how I have low ferritin but hemochromatosis??? Anyways...loved every minute of this. I'm off to purchase all of Dr. Sutton's books, I'm looking into taking her workshop and since I'm in Texas, I am also considering booking an online appointment with her.

Inflammation is REAL. I just had explant and LOVE how great I feel. U can breathe better can move freely. Biggest thing I noticed is no pain in my hips, back and neck. I can't believe that I am no longer sore and aching. My runny nose is gone too. Simply the best decision I have made

What if a root canal consists of metrical other than mercury? This is considered a phrased form of filling for root canals in most clinics. Gutta percha, on the other hand, is said to be long lasting and a more natural filling for the root canal

Coffee enemas are one of my favorites. I usually retain 120 ml until it is fully absorbed. I add chamomile to make the coffee enema much more comfortable to retain.

Glad that Dr.Jack Kruse mentioned more about food. Hoping he will mention more about getting Omega 3 from grass fed beef that are from properly managed grazing on Regenerative lands. And help support ""local"" farmers. He routinely mentions to eat from your area (latitude). We need his importance to help convince more to join the Regenerative movement, making healthy food, healthy climate, healthy Earth. 🌻🌻🐝🐞🦋🦋🐞🐝🌻🌻

I had symptoms of BII within 6 months of getting implants for reconstruction after a bilateral mastectomy. I saw several doctors, over a decade, that dismissed me, a few that told me I needed to see a psychiatrist. I complained of inflammation, and I looked and felt "puffy", yet whenever my CRP was tested, lab results came back "normal". After 12 years I finally got an explant, and I lost 40lbs in only 2 weeks, yet my diet had not changed. It has been a few years since my explant, yet I have not gained that weight back. I believe that 40 lbs was entirely "inflammation"!

Trace minerals prevent brain diseases and other ailments. Crop reports show US agricultural soil completely depleted of trace minerals in the 1960's. All we do is add fertilizer not minerals. Alzheimer's and Dementia here we come.

Antony Bartlett moved to our community in Oregon, and bought a beautiful farm which was a 100 year old forest. After 2 years, he sold this farm to a logger who has clearcut scores of acres, and left nothing but a smoldering burn. Animals that lived there for generation killed or displaced. Their homes were destroyed. Antony Bartlett knew the logger would do this with the wonderful property that he sold to him. He is a shame to all that is good. Nature curses you, Antony Bartlett for what you have arranged to happen.
