I'm trying to fill out the form (by air) but every time I try to go to the "Pre Registration & FMMD", select my Registration to upload, then click "Generate FMMD", it says "Information Not Found". It simply doesn't work at all. Even with different passports filled out. Wondering if I'm doing something wrong. Or, looking through comments and some notes you mentioned, are they not doing this anymore? is this only done at the airports now? Just want to make sure I'm doing it correctly before my trip in a few days... Thanks for any insight.

I went through customs and migration yesterday and it was pretty much the worst experience I have ever had. They checked the luggage of everyone by hand and and looked at all items, touched everything etc. Customs were yelling at me for no reason. The migration process was a nightmare. I had to wait 3 hours in a q and the officer didn't understand a single word of english. I endes up getting 10 days even though my flight back goes in 35 days.

Hey! Mexican and American citizen here. I have my INE appointment coming up. Will I need to provide my Mexican addres or my address here in the states? I suppose it will be my Mexican address ?

Even though the process in Mexico can sometimes be a bit of a hassle, it is nothing compared to what Mexicans have to go through to get US citizenship! My husband and I got our temporary residency in Mexico in 2022 by presenting our financials to the Mexican consulate in the US (with an appointment) and finishing up in Mexico. We have since renewed it for 3 years, and at the end of that we will be permanent residents. Most of it is easy to do on your own, even without speaking Spanish, but we did get someone to help us to do the 3 year renewal, mostly because they could get an appointment and expedite it.
