Här finns ingen allmän nytta. Har du det minsta lilla mindre bra omdöme som hyresgäst bakom dig så får du inte hyra en lägenhet i detta område. PS denna stads del är den näst äldsta stadsdelen i Umeå. En gång i tiden var denna del en egen kommun. Ett buller byn på 50-80 talet i alla fall. Idag är det nog lite sämre!?. Men fortfarande är detta område extremt eftertraktat och extremt svårt att hitta en lägenhet här. Fastighets ägarna är extremt noga med vilka som får flytta in. Här är ordning och reda. Och här är fastigheterna nästan alla tegel hus. Extremt vanligt på 60 och 70 talet. Då byggkostnaderna var mycket låga. Tegel var extremt billigt. Idag finns det snart ingen som kan eller vill mura tegel hus. Det är jobbigt ju. Och det tar tid. Men det blir extremt stadigt. Men då måste man veta vad man gör och vara noggrann. 60-70 talet var en helt annan era.
