@domingomartinezt21 күн бұрын

15:30 Congratulations. I’m sure you put many hours of work into this design and build. I would love to get into the RC construction hobby, but most of the hydraulic RC vehicles that have the capabilities I would want, are out of my price range ($4 - $8k Australian) . So, the idea of buying a 3D printer and electronics and making my own is very appealing. Some newby questions please: 1. What type of 3D printer do you use? 2. What type would you recommend? 3. Which material do you recommend for printing these vehicles? 4. Are the tracks likely to ‘derail’ in tight turns in soft surfaces? 5. I would like my vehicles to be yellow. Is it better to print in white, then paint? Why don’t you print in yellow? Many thanks, Martin

Ok. Thanks. Perhaps I’ll post the same questions on Facebook.

Thanks, yes it takes many hours and research to build something like this, and I appreciate all people that support and buy project. 1.- I use Anycubic Chiron 3d printed I bought it two years ago on sale for $350 dollars, it has a enormous build bed 400mm x 400mm but is it really slow. 2.- I recommend bamboo printer they disrupt the market with their models. 3.- PLA or better PLA+ 4.- Track have never derail or broke on me on this build, even on soft surface like the one on the video I'm really please with the performance. 5.- I printed in white and black since those color are the less spences one in Amazon, and I use primer to give a better finish before painting with acrylic water base paints. Hope I clarified your questions best!!!
