Encores can be AMAZING. I went to the True Colors Festival years ago, also known as the Geezers for Gay Marriage tour. Cyndi Lauper was technically the headliner, but a reunited Erasure was stealing the show. Lauper played a short set, and then she and Margaret Cho said Erasure was coming back out on stage. Holy crap, Vince Clark and Andy Bell were on fire. They played deep cuts I never heard, but most of the audience knew and jammed out. Vince Clark is a Digital Man one man band, but he managed a good guitar solo in there too a couple of times. I agree that Perfect Strangers is a good album, and the sitcom of the same name was also the first post-Cold War themed sitcom.
