One reason I usually can't stand these video's in the absolute BS they spout about the value of this stuff. FE PCV tube - $300-400? NOPE, they're on eBay right now for under $100 Top end (heads, intake, etc = $1,000). NOPE, try selling FE heads that only have the vertical bolt pattern. A cast iron FE intake? I've got the exact same intake off my 428 for sale, right now, for $25 and nobody wants it. He paid $2,500 for the intake? He got scammed, you can find them for $1,500. Poor Jerry, you should really learn to turn a wrench yourself, it might save you some money.

I’d like to talk to Jason about restoring my 1970 Cougar, but there’s neither answer nor call back at Jason White Customs & Restorations, in Hereford, TX. Is there a link or other contact information?

Why would it be hard to get a tire? 15" is a common tire. Nice, that will be a cool car to have. Good luck. I would replace the oil again in a few weeks.tranny, and other fluids. Most of all have fun driving. 👍

Well, I was surprised too, but apparently 15 inch tires are not common.

Pleasure to watch that level of craftmanship. Everything done to replicate the original. Exactly how it should be done. I own a survivor GT 350, and the satisfaction of knowing basically everything is untouched is a special feeling.

You can't just give your engine block to anyone anymore because believe you me it will end up worse than when it went in. Only way I would ever mess with somebody as if they had an older person operating the machinery and even then I would still have to check his credentials

Yo te voy a decir, nada. A diferencia de Trump, que va a sacar a ese régimen, no gracias a ti. Porque por ti, el no fuera el presidente electo. 😊

I was lead to believe that you shouldn't reuse the head, main bearing and the connecting rod bolts because they have. been torqued which stretches and weakens the bolt. I see Jason throwing them into the save bucket. Maybe the shop that is rebuilding the motor will replace them.

With all the thousands of little details that go into building such a car, it's a wonder to me how the factory managed to get them out the door efficiently and at a profit. Hundreds of hands involved vs. Jasons' two. 🙂 What a wonderful thing you're doing with this series Jerry, thanks again. - Ed on the Ridge
