Imo, pay to win is ONLY when its something you can only get with real money. For example, buying a max lvl character is not pay to win, but a weapon that is cash shop only and stronger than any in game item is pay to win.

I'm kind of jealous I didnt get to play this game. at the time I had a gaming laptop and it was very budget, I remember downloading this game and I could barely get through a mission without the laptop overheating. Honestly glad I didnt get into it because it looks addicting, which is the same for every MMO and why I only watch videos about them anymore and dont play.

Game has been ran by guys who say they are developers but do not meet the credentials on actually being a developer, let alone knowing how to code. It is simply existing to collect whatever money it can get while having no staff working on the game, just Ravalox who is completely clueless and will never manage to get anything done for the game, only making sure the game is online if anything, also likes to waste his time on the forums trolling people over stupid shit, guy is useless.

So late the game... puns... but the books were amazing once they started going. Unfortunately, it was about halfway through the first book, and up until then it was weird, and could be hard to follow. Once the pieces started falling into place, it all started making sense. Yes, the book content is 100% required to understand what the world is about.

I am truly enjoying this work MMO ever series. not sure if you did an asheron's call episode but I hope so because that game needs to be cataloged. it's great to see an era of enthusiasm, and to have witnessed the enthusiasm of devs turned into a second cash cow that got rejected as it didn't adapt hard enough to the curve of tech trends. I remember seeing everquest at a wizards of the coast p2p arcane around the year 2000, but now I am so satisfied that I never participated in certain demographics of this genre even though it was giving me FOMO at the time and dispite it's graphics turn offs today felt like the future back when. Keep up the good work, I am enjoying every ounce of this

I remember spending hours in this game years and years ago.. leveling up the different guns and even accepting the ego system... My favorite part was building a "Redneck" Pump shotguns and i had a baseball cap or some shit. My favorite part of the game was the large battles both random Boss fights and PVP too. RIP defiance

duel boxing killed mmos imo, was so nice to just sit down and know you were playing with a human not a guy with 100 other chars at once. 1999 EQ was a different time, so enjoy the boxers.

Champions CC, Missions, Animation, and Dialogue are still far better by stellar levels, than the deserted COH manure game.

Is it worst? Nope, no-way-in-Hell is it even close to being the Worst! I like it still, better than the Loser COH, and see Ship of Heroes will beat both hands down as a Hero MMO.

I happen to have picked up this game just this week. I've been looking for a decent free to play MMO experience. Mostly because i love MMORPGs but haven't really had the time to justify subscription based MMO like WoW, this is due to having a fulltime job and being a father to a young child. Thus began my adventure of looking for free MMORPGs that are worth playing, i admit i've been using Josh's uploads to get ideas every now and then. Anyways, enough explaining.... in short; i'm actually blown away by EQ2, there's so much to it, even in the early game which other games completely miss the mark on and i believe i will be putting quite some time into the game.

What I hate are systems in which you gain a new weapon which is slightly better but then the enemies gain 2x more hp and 2x more attack power. (Space Marine 2 for example)

Played Diablo Immortal...with a goal in mind. Complete the Campaign. And it doesn't have an end..... You needed to wait a new season to get another piece of the story campaign ... And this is where I quit .....cause I'm not waiting a new season to experience the end of the campaign...I want the full campaign story line from the get go....and maybe every new season adding Optional content ...bosses...dungeons ...new pvp type of battles... I did uninstalled the game after 200 hours...and gave it a 1/5 review on Google play xd I cannot wait for Parh Of Exile Mobile Why POE had success? Only visual and some qol in-game purchase...nothing else❤

Sorry, but this review is horrible. The Game isn't the best, but you only played throughout the early levels and you say it's easy or the levels are repetitive. Yes, some levels are repetitive but later on they introduce platforming, and some levels even had puzzles which nowadays are removed for the sake of simplifying the game. There are some levels that even turn the game into side-scroller, with platforming, but it's really far into the game. As for the game being easy, when you get to the newest seasons the game turns into dark souls, hell even some modes make it even harder than dark souls. The bosses have combos you must learn, some can even one shot you if you fail an attack, Redeemers introduces lenghty bosses allowing very few revives, and Space Time is just super hard, even in practice mode with quite geared people made me question how even people beat these bosses.

Honestly as someone with an interest in maritime trading, including the logistical side of it, I may be the exact kind of nerd (or freak of nature) that this game is marketing to

This reminded me of when I was playing WoW as a teen long ago, and I had picked a Rogue because I liked the idea of being a sly bastard and sneaking around, but I was using a bow and running further from the enemy I was fighting after each shot so I could keep using my bow. People very quickly saw me do it, and made it clear to me that I was playing wrong, and needed to either make a Hunter instead, or use only melee. It seemed stupid to me, bow made sense for a Rogue, but I ended up doing as told and using daggers instead. I wonder how far I could have made it, as a bow Rogue while I had way too much time on my hands as a teen.
