I despise all versions of fibbage. When I play a jackbox game I want to have some laughs with the boys. Most games that aren't fun like that usually get no play, but for some reason there are a few people in my friend groups that want to play Fibbage and I just have to stomach the 30 minutes of sitting and entering mostly boring prompts because those are the ones that get the most points. I usually end up just answering with funny things like it's quiplash to make myself, and the few others in my groups that also hate Fibbage, some laughs to make the game more tolerable.

I only ever saw mkwii being compared unfavorably with double dash back when it was new due to the more debilitating item impacts you mentioned and the washed-out piss-filter adjacent colors they went with. And the waggle, of course.

The biggest problem with earwax isn't the fact that it's just about funny noises, it's the fact that they don't randomize the order of answers. So you can have an 8 way tie because people can tell who did what

I agree with a lot of this! I think I like the drawing games a lot more than SilokHawk, though. Some of the hardest I've laughed in my life has been playing Drawful and Tee K.O. I also am not as big a fan of the trivia games, although I still love them.

I dislike any games that require you to press a button rapidly, whether mad verse city, bracketeering, whatever because i have a friend that uses a mobile autoclicker to automatically win every match. I would like to say something on a more positive note, but all of my favorite games my friends either hate or it's a prompt/drawing game where the typical "cum" answer and drawn penises always win for no reason regardless of the prompt.

It’s a shame that Dandori battle is so lacking because it’s the first game that incentivizes you to actually try it in the main story. Like I actually thought that was a really smart move that would indicate that they would do more with the vs. I think they did care about it, just a classic case of Nintendo making over corrections and trying to make things too accessible imo. SPOILERS I disagree on the dorm lighting point, because the contrast in january is so much more drastic, it makes me genuinely hate the home base which I fell in love with over the course of my 60 hour playthrough, and that did so much for the mood of the game's conclusion that it makes up for everything else.

Such a weird ranking, but I gotta respect you that packs 3 & 7 are the best of the ten.

This makes me a bit sad because Earwax is always the finale game me and my friends play for the night when the room is getting low, and Weapons Drawn is the one we play when we have a ton of people showing up, both a great time for us. Though Job Job, Survive the Internet, and Split the Room are our usual mainstays no matter the amount of players.

All the high tier are from their original game, and all the low tiers are from the newer games they return to

My idea for blue Pikmin is to make them able to do extra damage while in the water, so that luring enemies into the water than fighting them there is a valid reason to bring blues. The buff could also apply when it rains.

My dad, for whatever reason, absolutely just HATES Tee KO. He cites it as a game where "you get no points for making the text or the images" and I'm just like... who cares??? I mean obviously he does, but he's always the ONLY ONE who feels that way. All it comes down to is "make a funny doodle, make a funny phrase, mix and match the ones other people made, laugh when someone drew a house with a big turd on the lawn and someone else wrote 'grandma fell down the stairs again'" and he takes it as a sign that somehow he should've gotten more "points" when there's... no points in the game.

I highly disagree with number 1 but it probably just comes down to who you play with. I've never had a fun time playing Push the Button cuz the people I've played with didn't give it a real shot. Which is odd cuz they like playing Among Us

I disagree with your take of the balancing of fakin' it. From my experience, whoever gets the faker the most tends to score the most points. It could be because the people I play with tend to play a lot of social deduction games and manage to blend in well. If I were to address the scoring balance of fakin' it for my groups I typically play with I would say the faker should earn fewer points.

It's interesting seeing you say that everyone likes Trivia Murder Party, as it's probably at the dead bottom of my list, and I've never played with someone who liked it all that much. I generally agree with the rankings, but it's crazy how much personal taste weighs into your enjoyment of these games.

I feel like half of the criticisms boil down to “people don’t play it right and that makes it not fun” and idk maybe it’s bc I’m a board gamer who’s used to playing games where people have to play it right to have fun, but I feel like that’s not a problem with the game but the players? I get its related to streaming but I still feel like it’s not entirely fair to judge a game by something that asshole players might do.

Gotta completely disagree with your Tee KO 2 opinion about the bracket issue. One of my LEAST favorite parts of the original was watching the fact that it was in a tournament bracket, and whoever happened to make the last t shirt had a significantly greater chance of winning simply because they went last. While I understand your point about always seeing new t shirts with the original, I think it's way better that it comes down to the two (not always but a lot of the time) best t shirts in the entire tournament, instead of a one off t shirt winning it because it only had to win a single fight

I'd swap around Poll Mine and Weapons Drawn. Poll Mine belongs in bottom tier, it's just so dull and boring and more often than not just turns into a guessing game. Meanwhile Weapons Drawn was literally the main selling point of Party Pack 8 for me. It does get better with the right group of friends but no other minigame lets you pull off ridiculous mind games like this one, and everyone instantly turns into an award-winning actor when they know they're the murderer and they're trying to frame someone else.

Blather round hands down #1 for me my family always has so much fun and it’s easy for anyone to play
