I have started doing these and still have problems with balance. hoping as i continue to do them without any weights i will get the balance problem worked out

@@OfficialBobbyMaximusit shows how far I’ve gotten off track that the 10-1 feels worthy of the workout itself. But powering through and doing additional work as well. Will use these and start incorporating the holy trinity workout into programming as I’m training for the Murph in May and have my coworkers training too
