The gentle nudge approach for abusive relationships is highly recommended.

I feel so guilty being off sick, last week my colleague had to say stay home and get well. It helped. Ursh, Christianity is a personal relationship with God. Now people want to judge and interject. We need to question, ask God when we are confused. Even Jesus reprimanded the religion leaders in the Bible. Do you and allow God to reveal yourself Himself to you ❤❤

I hope this is behind the scenes, I feel so uncomfortable seeing you put on make up on the podcast. I don't know feels eerie and clumsly (a lack of discipline to your viewer), unless of course, this episode was Beauty-based.

You guys are special!! ✨ Thank you for the effort and dedication to put this together ❤ Regarding the point about the lack of content in our African native languages-there seems to be a strong need for content creators to reach a wider audience, which is mostly English-speaking on the internet. Additionally, some people may not take pride in their native languages. This could be an interesting topic for you to explore in your next episode. ☺️

I think as a society we need to realize that also there is nowhere on the bible where it says that the congregation must provide for the pastor. Also why do some churches have 1 pastor who rules everything and is the centre of the church. Anyone anytime can have the spirit to preach, let them preach. No man must not work and provide for his family and claim that because they're a pastor, the church must provide for him and his family. Every pastor must work like any other man, being a pastor is not a career or a job.

I also went through a toxic work environment. When you join the organisation you see the manager mistreating people but you think keep quiet because you are new. As time goes by you also become a victim from the manager. These people are evil.

The name of the channel is the Conversation Capital and thank you guys for demonstrating what having a conversation looks like. We don’t necessarily have to agree or share the same opinion for a conversation to take place. I appreciate how you allow your guests to share their opinions freely without judgement. I think even if you had chosen to tackle this topic from perspective of a cult leader, you would allow them to share their views freely and that would not necessarily mean you agree with them. Thank you for the conversation.

This does not end in religious settings, in spiritual communities there are elements of that. In initiation schools, and other traditional practices. One common thing though is how everyone has the same view to glorify the leaders that must not be challenged.

CULT DEFINITION. a system of religious veneration and devotion directed towards a particular figure or object. 2.a person or thing that is popular or fashionable among a particular group or section of society. This is a beautiful conversation. So people in one cult speak about people in other cults. Religious people have a tendency to assume the word cult only applies to negative things attached to religion. If people are good Christians and help everyone and live their life according to the Bible it doesn't change the fact that they are in a cult. The word cult does not have to be attached to negativity or bad things
