You can replicate the ott spaming thing with eq three or any device or multiband plugin. The glitchiness is caused by stacking up cross filters 🧠🎈

perfectionism, limiting beliefs, and overthinking stem from one thing that’s deeper Conflicting goals, If you are trying to produce music because of X Where x is To make money To get fans To prove how good you are Then you are not producing to make music. Simply changing your goal to instead be the process of production, but more importantly the enjoyment of the process is the fastest way to overcome perfectionism, overthinking, and limiting beliefs. Hopefully this helps someone :)
