I am so glad I've just watched tour video. I have been wondering for quite a while if I would be able to use a silicone tea infuser and couldn't find any answers no matter how much googling I did. Thank you so much, it's going to make pickling small items that much easier!

I just ordered one of these and used your coupon code. It doesn’t work and the company sent me a video on how to take it apart to reinstall the carbon brushes! In CHINESE! I’m in USA. They sent me a non working tumbler and expect me to just fix it! Wow! They won’t refund me or send another one. VEVOR SUCKS! You, my love, are awesome though! Just want other people to beware!!! Awful company and don’t even have a phone number….

I rarely solder anymore. I work in different ways but I do have an air purifier and I have my bench by an open window. I use a mask when sawing or for the very little bit of torch work I do.
@TheArtOfMetalsmithing3 күн бұрын
that should be perfectly enough then, for small amount of work the mask and a well ventilated room should get you covered :)

@@TheArtOfMetalsmithing If I do decide to get back into pieces that need heavy duty soldering - I will get one of these. It's pretty cool.

I've been considering adding a better ventilation system in my work area, and this looks like it would work perfectly! Thank you Basia! Did you get the smallest of the available options? I'm just wondering if I should just look at the 100 or 150 watt version.
@TheArtOfMetalsmithing3 күн бұрын
I think this may be something worth considering. I love how you can store it next to or behind a bench or table and that it doesn't take a lot of room. And the noise level is ok. The one I have is 150, I'm not sure how it compares with 100, but I believe they both should be decent. Maybe other product reviews online could help you make a decision. Good luck!
@rochellebg20313 күн бұрын
@TheArtOfMetalsmithing I thought yours looked like the 150, which is the one I was looking at possibly getting. Thank you so much!

I bought one of these around the first of the year. I started soldering again-in an enclosed area without ventilation. When I set this up I was so impressed! I highly recommend this, also. One of my best investments 🤗
@TheArtOfMetalsmithing3 күн бұрын
I'm glad you are happy with it! I too am impressed with how efficient it is and I mentioned this many times already, but the noise level is very manageable. Overall, it is a great piece of equipment, worth considering when searching for fume extractors :)

I noticed this is a yr. Old, do you have any air ventilation system to extract fumes from when you solder?

Those small torches are going to explode. I've melted them and they still didn't explode. Acetylene, on the other hand, is a bit dangerous. So, use the proper safety measures and always use flashback arrestors.

I would have to make $100 profit off of 30 sales I make a month to be able to pay just my rent in US. I bet your rent is not even 2/5 of it. Your items were priced normally for really basic stones that cost $1-$3
@TheArtOfMetalsmithing12 күн бұрын
Please refer to my response to your previous comment. You're completely wrong 👍 ETA: maybe don't bet? You could ask and find out, before making incorrect assumptions, which actually makes you sound rude.
@iloveyouyas12 күн бұрын
I bet these materials or your rent do not cost as much as they do in US, so pricing them same amount as US sellers does not make sense. I thought they were priced high for a beginner in Poland
@TheArtOfMetalsmithing12 күн бұрын
I lived in the UK for 7 years, during that time I started and grew my jewelry business. Prices and cost of living in the UK can be even higher than in the US. Also, prices in Poland are very similar to the US anyway, so even if I were a beginner here, this would still be applicable.

@TheArtOfMetalsmithing14 күн бұрын
Inside the box ❤️ The puch is a gift for a customer to store their jewellery and hse it for travel. It's for more expensive orders and fine jewellery with gemstones ❤️
