Can’t forget the two stroke twin cylinder snowmachine motors. I have an old arctic cat 600 EFI. It’s (as the name suggests) a 600cc two stroke fuel injected twin. It makes around 110-130 hp at 8200 rpm and has the same power to weight ratio as a Pagani Huayra. Newer 850cc sleds make 180-200 hp and weigh even less.

This video was posted 6 years ago, but I’ve got 2 questions if you know the answers that would be appreciated. Is the engine heat a problem & how is it controlled, does the propeller need to run at a certain rpm, how is it adjusted.

What could I do with a 2016 2.0 TSI manual VW Cravelle which has low mileage and still stock engine developing just 150 bhp? I wouldn't like to affect its longevity much but a bit more power and torque would be very welcome. Any suggestions please?

So, someone explain to me about the 250 cu in. If the 240 and 300 covered things this well, why did some Fords come with the 250? Why was it created? A friend of mine had a 1973 or 1974 Maverick with a 250 in high school, hopped up with Clifford Performance parts, and it was pretty hot.

I watched this car race many times. I’m confused when people talk about the “glorious” sound. Because it wasn’t glorious. It was shrill, loud and split your eardrums. Most people watching it alongside me thought the same thing. Yes, it was fast! But it wasn’t the mechanical music people think it was.

If people would’ve change the oil every 5000-6000 miles which is 10.000 km there would be no issues with these engines If it was me , i would do it even 3000 miles. I rode the crap out of my ducati1198, aprilia v4 ,buell 1125 which are known for catastrophic engine failures Never had any problems

The sound of electric inertia starters is something else man. You rarely see them outside industrial or old school diesel equipment here. I heard one on a 2000s Jeep of all things earlier this year

Take it from a forklift mechanic - they’re SHIT engines!! Converted to LPG for industrial purposes, twats to work on and built like crap. PS- yes. An aluminium head, one of the lowest melting point metals used for some of the high temps presented by LPG engines - propane burns hot hot hot!! Much hotter than petrol or diesel and they still made it from aluminimum as I call it! Stick with Mitsubishi S4S/S6S (even in Chinese lonking trucks) or a Nissan H/K20/5, Japs do it best 🇯🇵👌
