They don’t allow your ideas to flow from one point to the next. A video about story, should be telling a story well audibly and visually. Stay away from the video transitions.

Disneys projects are like PowerPoint presentations, the teachers warns you about focusing on info to research then you can make the slides pretty. Disney focuses more on diversity (slide designs) rather than writing a good script (information). When the presentation finally comes the project or PowerPoint presentation fails immediately. It’s ok to have actors who have different skin tones and maybe even gay. But if that’s what you’re more concerned about diversity casting than a good project it’s going to fail

If Apple buys Disney then it would come around full circle. Hopefully, other companies will pick up on the errors of Disney and other companies that have pushed DEI & learn from it. I also think that the problem is not diversity and what that means is you can create wonderful stories as a whole because you can have diverse characters. However, the main problem is when you force it into the story that is where the main issue lies. A story contains plot, conflict (both inner and outer-while inner is what usually drives the character's motivation for doing things), character, setting, point of view, as well as themes. There are both good and bad examples of this. An author's main purpose is to either inform, persuade, or entertain. Usually when it's to persuade is for essay purposes or debates. Inform is usually for educational purposes, similar to what we would see in documentaries. While the average moviegoer goes to movies or TV shows as a means of escape. And when you replace what shapes what makes good TV or films with something that would maybe only be seen in a persuasive, argumentative essay, or debate and try to force it into a story or genre where both of those narratives don't go together they evidently crash together and everyone suffers as a result. Timeless truths used to be the bread and butter that held up many of the stories we would see in movies and shows but sadly that's slowly starting to become a thing of the past.

Just the opening made me smile because THIS is what I've been saying this whole time: the real down to Earth people who are of minority groups want to be valued by their merit not their skin colour, gender, religion, who they kiss, etc. They are cool with characters not being just like them to the letter and will even come out and say that DEI routes will hurt the character/lore. There were definitely moments where you would throw things out without explaining how you reached that conclusion. For example, at 3:55, you say "This movie throws an entire gender under the bus while pretending to be about girl power" or at 5:32 when you say. I can generally guess from where this idea is coming from, but I don't definitively know your thought process. Also, I feel as if your video lacks nuance and seeing different perspectives. I understand that the focus of this video may have been on your own opinion, but reflecting on the video from other people's perspectives can really enrich a review. I have a difficult time agreeing with you (I don't feel like getting into the details of why) which may taint my criticism of the overall structure of the video, but I hope this is helpful either way :)
