Hey both, we’ve been looking forward to this all day. We’d love to see an osprey, we did a show years ago called Sky Hawk about an osprey, sorry, going off on a tangent here. This is meant to be your rest day, stop walking up mountains haha. It looks lovely though. Blimey, it’s windy there, it looks a lovely walk, and there’s a path!!! Oh, maybe there isn’t a path, but there is….goats!!!! Those views are stunning. Winging it and hoping for the best? That’s how we live our lives. The beach looks lovely, especially with the goat. Looks a bit cold for a dip there Pete! He’s a very friendly goat, of course they like sandwiches 😂. We found a Welsh Cake eating squirrel today. That goat is gorgeous, he’s more like a needy dog 😂. He would literally take food out of your mouth - we had a cat that did that!! Of course he’s not sitting, he can only understand Spanish! That sea is beautiful. Good the weather is better on the way back. Ah, an advert, hope KZbin are paying you for that!!! Never seen one of those birds before but that beach is looking great! Cheers, good choice of lager! What a lovely dip at the end. We loved this both, ta ta for now! Is that Ken’s song at the end? Looking great at the end both, looks like a lovely bar, although the star of the video was the goat 😂. He really was like a dog, we wanted to take him home (we do find the naughty animals endearing, we think we would have liked your cat too😻). Yup, bit chilly for a dip today. But we were amazed that such a natural and rugged landscape could be found only a short hike from the resort of Port de Pollenca 🤗 ⛱️ ⛰️. A wonderful rest day was had! Guys this was fabulous, love the look of this place with its stunning beach area, Majorca is stunning and nice that you could have a chill day this day. Love the hills and water and it all seems so close from your hotel where you walked, great views and that goat was sooo funny ! He wasn't shy haha, so adorable but with no manners haha. The Eurasian Hoopoe was so adorable too. Great that you could cool down in the water afterwards as well😃 Sooo beautiful. Have a blessed Christmas 🙂 ~ Anna☃️💓🎄

Nice to have a chill day after a few big walks, especially in the heat too. Trust me to ay heat and then the jackets are on the heat wind is blowing a gale! Funny enough I just bought the Hollyland Lark M2 wireless mics and over the moon with them, they come with two mics, so each could have their own and really impressed with them. They were in the Amazon Black Friday Sale for £95, an absolute bargain. Looked a rocky descent to the beach and yes that goat was very cheeky indeed. The beach at Port de Pollenca was stunning, lovely crystal clear waters too and a very well deserved drink and meal on the evening all looking very glam! Cheers Alan

Hi Alan, Yes, trust us to choose the only windy and overcast day for our chilled out beach day 😂 ⛱️🙈. Ooh we might have a look at those mics, was do struggle to film in the wind. Boquer was still beautiful, we were delighted to find such a rugged and varied landscape within walking distance from our hotel. That goat was hilarious, he could spot a sandwich a mile away! 😮😂🐐🥪. Tamerells beach was just opposite our hotel, and was absolutely stunning, white sands and turquoise waters, perfect for a dip at the end of the day. We had a lovely evening meal, one of our favourite things about being on holiday. Thanks so much for your kind words and support Alan, we really appreciate it. Hi Shell, Hi Pete, I thought that was much more of a sedate walk for you both and then you started to head down to the beach. Haha Loved the beach goats, they were brilliant. I can't help chuckle when you mention Port de Pollenca. It reminds me of the Micky Flannagan sketch when he talks about children. If you have never seen it just search it on You tube, it's so funny. 🤣🤣 Have a great weekend. Absolutely gorgeous work guys, this looks and feels so relaxing! It's incredible how quickly the landscape changes, from palm trees and streets full of people to hiking trails surrounded by peaks! What's more, the diversity also applies to the animal world, especially the variety of birds you said you encountered. 👌👌

so Puig de Masanella is second to the highest peak in Mallorca. btw I like the opening scene. 6 euros for doing that not bad, i guess for maintenance of the area. the sound of a heavy rock fall? yes it's worrying. those are rocky path or scree? but the lookouts are very scenic. a sheep at 9:24, I'll be scrambling up 😀 but the views so stunning. and it levels up at 11:39 thank God 😀then more rocky up to the summit. and you made it at 1364 meters👏👏🎉🎉 yeah I would use those hiking poles going down. mountain goats at 19:27 more views going down. thank you for taking me along with you, you did the hard work while I just sat on my comfy chair 🤣🤣 thank you for sharing.

Hi there 😊👋, That's right, Puig de Masanella is the second highest peak on mallorca, but you can't climb the highest, Puig Major, as the summit is fenced off with military installations. The path was mostly rocky, but quite uneven in places. We thought our €6 was still well spent though, we had a wonderful day on the mountain ⛰️😊. That sheep was not happy at all about something 😂🙈. Love the music on this video,love what shell is wearing .yes it looked like a place to put your tent,but i would get lost there lol.i love the grass with the stones,its sublime and love the cloud creeping in,plus those wierd yellow plants.love the summit,abit crowded for me,but shows its popular.Funny thing with me is i went to alot places and hardly saw anybody in spain,my husband said it was because every time i went somewere i got lost,and spent ages trying get back. The drone shots were some best i have seen simply stunning,LOVED THEM . Mega hug debs xx

Hey Debs, Happy Friday 🎉 We had a great day on the mountain ⛰️. We agree the summit was a bit busy, but this is one of the most popular hikes on mallorca, as it is the highest accessible peak on the island. To be fair, the walk up was fairly quiet, people seemed to come out of nowhere at the top!😂. We were glad the cloud cleared enough to afford us some views,and have time to quickly fly the drone!🤩. Nothing wrong with getting lost Debs, you know what they say, not all who wander are lost!😄👊🙌. Thanks so much for your fabulous comments as always, and for taking the time to watch. Day 3 in Majorca, excellent stuff!! Again, looks beautiful. 6 euros to go on a walk, let’s hope it’s worth it…first glances, it looks like it might be! That looks pretty high to us, good it’s a decent temperature. Even without all the gps, maps, compass etc, we’d still get lost 😂. Old forest dwelling sites, very cool, we love stuff like that. Watch out for those rocks! That’s not a path, it’s rocks!!! 😂. Those views are pretty stunning. Ah, more crazy goats, and shouty sheep haha. Ok, it really isn’t a path now but the views are worth it. Shame the cloud is over the summit. Get away from the edge!!! To be honest, the summit does look really cool. Ah, lovely drone shots as always, wow, stunning!! That’s a big bird! Really enjoyed that as always, drop by for a game of chess with the chap in the booth. Great pics both, that was fab x

Hey guys! Thanks so much for taking time out your super busy schedule to give this a watch 😊👊. We had a great day on the mountain ⛰️. Although you are right, the hiking 'paths' in mallorca seem to be a lot of rocks, with the odd cairn here and there, it is a bit of a challenge 😂🙈. The old dwelling sites were cool, although another comment we received said they may actually have been used to burn wood to make coal on? Interesting never the less. Wow, that sheep was livid about something! Think we will stick with the crazy goats 😂🐐🐑. We were so glad it cleared a little bit at the summit, enough to give us a glimpse at some amazing views 🙌. Apparently the bird was a black vulture, pretty cool hey!😄👍. The guy making the chess pieces in the hut also had a beer on the go, at 9am! That's the kinda job we could get on board with😂🍻. Nice hike! Regarding those round surfaces.. nothing to do with tent pitches :) they were platforms used to burn wood in order to obtain vegetal coal. Keep it up.

Hi Shell, Pete, absolutely superb, from being on your own for so long, it was like Grand Central up there. I loved the angry sheep, he seemed to have a proper cob on about something! 🤣🤣 Fantastic views from the summit, I know it was a bit cloudy but as you said it would have been a bit warm up there with clear blue skies as you said. Hiya Dave, Happy Friday mate, although yup, storm Bert is on the way apparently 😮. I know right, that sheep was livid!😂😂🐑. It is probably the most popular hike on mallorca this one, as it is the highest accessible peak, but there were quite a few more people than we expected on the summit. Then again, we have had worse on Snowden 😂 ⛰️🙈. We were glad we got some breaks in the clouds, views were very atmospheric! ☁️👌. We had a great day out on the mountain, really enjoyed it. Another stunning walk. And so cool that most of the cloud burned off Loved that the guy was making chess pieces! How cool was that! Great drone footage from the summit Pete. Long hike but so worth it. I couldn’t work out what the Bird of Prey was - looked like a Vulture of some kind. Loved that birdsong at the end. Another brilliant vid guys. Hi Dave and Sue, Happy Friday guys 🎉 We had a fantastic day on the mountain ⛰️. Really enjoyed this hike🫶. The guy at the toll hut making the chess pieces also had a beer open, now that is the kinda job we could handle! 😂 🍺👌. We are so rubbish at identifying birds in flight🙈. But they do have Egyptian vultures in this area, so could have been one of those? We were so glad it cleared enough for us to get some fantastic, atmospheric views and of course drone shots. Outstanding episode guys, viewpoints are just spectacular! The shots (drone) from the top are unbelievably beautiful, the fog gave a special dose of mysticism👏👏

Schöne Lavada Wanderung,aber nichts für Menschen mit Höhenangst.Ganz schlimm,weil kaum gesichert.

Hi there, Yes that is true, many of the Levadas in Madeira do not have barriers, so not to be recommended for vertigo sufferers. But a beautiful walk all the same. Thanks so much for watching👍 Pete and Shell

What a fantastic day in Mallorca! Hiking up El Fumat looks amazing, and cooling off with a swim at Cala Murta is the perfect way to wrap it up. The Formentor peninsula looks like such a beautiful spot for exploring and enjoying nature. A great mix of adventure and relaxation! 🥾🌊
