You forgot my personal fav. Using a cold press juicer. The horizontal juicer works best. I brought the NamaJ2 to try but ended up going straight back to the horizontal juicer. With the help of a fine sive, no nut bag is needed. Max nutrient with no destruction from heat or high speed machines. liquid gold. Although sometimes I'll use a blender to get a second pressing, but using the horizontal juicer again to separate the milk from the solids. Which comes out like a dry powder.

This video was posted 5 years ago. Are you're still using this air fryer with a basket most likely coated with PFAS? I'm looking into getting an Instant pot with air frying lid but I'll source a stainless steel basket.

1:43 WTF??? Was she a synchronized swimmer in her previous career? Two shots. Filmed at different times. Synchronized mixing? Is that a thing? Wait no, can't be. The shots were filmed separately. Choreographed mixing! LOLOL! That is beee-Czar!

My coconut fell out of the tree. It still has the first wood outer shell. That's the one I want to open first. Then I know how to can get the milk out of the second shell no problem. My husband has been opening the two shells for years but is now 82. It is a physical challenge after a heart attack. But we get free coconuts from all the neighborhood palm trees. I love the milk and everyday I eat some of the meat. But after about half the coconut begins to spoil. Living in Florida 26 years with free coconuts. Most neighbors let them go to waste by the putting them at the curb for the yard waste debris pick up

Thank you for the recipe! When I made a test batch, it had a bit of a raw lentil aftertaste. Is the lentil flavor supposed to come out strongly in these, or do I need to find fresher lentils or soak it longer?

I dont know if you'll even see this, but if you do, can you come up with a no bake pumpkin cheesecake for the up coming holidays? I didn't notice one in your catalog. Thanks

When you’re pouring it, they seem kind of thick. Do they flatten out when they’re in the oven?
@NutritionRefined18 күн бұрын
Yea, you're right. I did pour them a bit thick. They don't spread much, so feel free to spread them out thinner. I typically use parchment paper now (to get the ruffles) and make the chips thinner.
