As for K.Lumsy, the DK Isles and surrounding environs are DK's property, meaning the moment K.Rool parked that death trap in the area, he entered DK's area of jurisdiction. As for the "indecency" charge, reread the rule: "All genitals or otherwise private body parts must be covered". DK's species is one of those lucky enough to not need clothes to do this. Yoshis are similar, yet not even neighboring rulers bat an eye at them only wearing shoes. For them, clothes are to keep warm and accessorize, nothing else. It is unclear which, if any, of the Mario vs DK games were solely made to be advertisements for those Mario toys in-universe. We know for a FACT that some of them were. Heck, we can't even be completely sure that this is DK III or Cranky Kong in his prime! So while the action is definitely criminal, the context is far too vague to pin anything. This incident occurred in the Smash world, which has different properties than most. One of these is that damage does not result in injury or pain, only knockback. The closest thing to death possible is getting turned into a trophy, which only happens if you hit the edge of an arena (they aren't in one), or they get hit by that weapon (which is quite a bit faster and more homing than you'd think). The others had already tried that and discovered that wasn't possible, so leaving ROB there would be endangering his life (even more than being turned into trophies, as that explosion erases the entire area from existence!), so a forcible rescue was required. Thus, it is not kidnapping. HOLD IT! Those "books" aren't canon, and thus the events within never happened! Probably Kremling propoganda meant to frame poor DK. You're overlooking something again... The peoples of these kingdoms came to DK specifically to ask him to overthrow these tyrants. Meaning, _the "rulers" were criminals that needed to be put down._ At the end, we even see those that were "Kong-shaped" having mellowed out and celebrating DK's final victory, so they don't even have hard feelings! Maybe because the others were regional "kings" being forced by the actually evil Cactus King, or maybe they just saw the error of their ways. Regardless, no DK crimes here! Honestly, I don't know what to make of this "moon punch" feat. Any attack that could theoretically knock a moon out of orbit should flat out destroy the moon instead, but this doesn't happen. The Tiki Tak tribe was _entirely_ evil in their actions, arguably a hivemind with only their boss as an independent mind, so that's not a problem either... and the moon ends up pushed back _into_ orbit by... not even a proper volcanic eruption, just one of bananas? This is too bizarre, the moon is in its place either way, best just to call this a fever dream. And thus, I have successfully proven DK to be innocent of all charges... except for the shoulder tackle. But considering people in that world are more sturdy than our own, a three-game suspension seems a bit harsh. I'd argue only a one-game suspension would be appropriate.
