Am I the only one who actually enjoyed that game, not too much but still... It was decent for me.

Actually, even tough I heard from a lot of sources that this game is bad, after this video I must say it's at least have a somewhat good story. Sure, it aint too big, but those moments are really good if im honest. Abuse, torture, childhood trauma, other world that could be just a red seed hallucination.

I think Rakan was the first chapter I played, I like the idea of these style of horror games, but I also find myself getting more frustrated than scared when dying repeatedly trying to figure out what needs to be done, I feel I'd enjoy them more if the danger was in my head, I didn't even get an hour into 'The Suicide of Rachel Foster' and I've already noped out like the baby I am, I don't know if the game even has an enemy, all I know is I hate basements(Hell, I managed to creep myself out in 'Gone Home' and that game advertises that nothing is going to happen). I'm probably alone is this line of thinking but for me fail states just ruin any tension.

Idk if I fully agree tbh. Look at Resident Evil, they absolutely bombed with Resident Evil 6, the same way Dead Space 3 bombed -> It was an action shooter and a lot of the original sauce got lost. But look how they came back with Resident Evil 7. They innovated and took a huge risk and it paid of. They could've done something similar with Dead Space after the third installment, but I guess they couldn't take the risk or didn't have enough investors.

Recently played through all the dead space games and watches all the movies as a Lore-a-thon, and holy fucking shit 3 was such a a SLOG, I literally just barely crawled through it, not out of difficulty, to clarify, it was because it literally was just 20 hours of watching a series I loved be dragged down by micro transaction slop. I genuinely ranked it lower than IGNITION and EXTRACTION, for fucks sake.

Manhunt even makes the canceled game Thrill Kill (I can play this game)look like a cartoon at best 😆

So many good memories of us playing the Silent hill series, Fatal frame, Clock tower and many others... This will be a lovely watch and probably a little painful walk down memory lane.

I like the squad Idea where everyone has their own unique set of abilities, I wish Rpgs would utilizes this idea more, but modern Rpgs idiology only cares about dealing dmg and all party based gameplay is multiplayer only. I understand it's dififcult to make ally Ai but at least give me the option to switch between different characters with unique playstyles depending on the situation.
