More than any, any other, Chuck Berry is the Father of Rock and Roll. For both real pleasure and an education in Rock, Rock History and Rock Guitar, listen to some of the famous hits recommended by the other posters here. He will Rock you!

Chuck Berry had several much bigger songs. Probably his biggest was Johnny B Goode. I would suggest checking it out as well. Johnny B Goode is a little older than this, thoug.

Just in case nobody has mentioned it, Chuck Berry was an enormous sexual perv. In 1990 he had to settle a huge lawsuit against him filed by 60 women when hidden cameras were found in his restaurant toilets, there was a massive stack of video tapes too.

I retired after 20 years in Active duty, and this type of waste sickens me. Each one of them costs at the low end $55k for basic training. Why are we wasting time and money on dance dance revolution? As impressive as this may be, it can be done by anyone with enough discipline and practice. Drill teams and “bands” that require college degrees are a waste of military training. It’s comparable to the millions wasted on xerox reps deploying on carriers…

Only hit song?!?!?! He's only one of the founding fathers of rock n roll. He is a legend. Influenced everyone including that little band known as the Beatles.😂

not every American is obsessed with peanut butter some people over here hate it or are allergic to it. yes I happen to like it but not my favorite thing. I hate the sound of deep fried watermelon or even deep fried pickles so no I don't like everything deep fried. I really can care less for stuffed mushrooms. I do however love black liquorice, both hot and ice coffee and tea with or without sweetner. I do like buttermilk biscuits and sausage gravy. I also like grits and oatmeal separately but i like them. i am however not obsessed over them.

He was one of the pioneers and one of the people that had the most influence on rock music in the 60s, 70s and later. Lucky enough to see him play a few times. Always a great show. Saw him play in the 60s, 70s & 80s.

There was a lot of drug use back in the day with the music scene. They all survived, and many didn't. Believe Michelle is still alive and is a self-proclaimed Christian.

Good grief woman.!! Is this his only hit ?!!! He was 1 of the founding stars who invented Rocknroll with Elvis, Little Richard and Jerry Lee Lewis. Many hits in the late 1950s. Look it up. I'd have checked who he was before watching and doing this video. Not meant to be nasty just shocked you never heard of him. 8 or 9 big hits plus other famous tracks. Back to the future scene when Marty plays Johnny B Good on stage It's him his cousin Marvin Berry rings " you know that new sound your looking for well listen to this!!" Well that's him.

I cannot relate to thinking THIS was Chuck Berry's one hit song. How different must one's life be to not know one of the most famous rock guitarists of all time. If there was a Mount Rushmore of Rock N Roll, he'd be on it. You should spend and hour just listening to his hits. While not his biggest hit, his most famous song is probably Johnny B. Goode - no it wasn't written by Marty McFly on his way Back To The Future . His big Christmas song that you've probably heard along the way is Run Run Rudolph. If you are a cinephile, you'd recognize Uma Therman and John Travolta's dance number from Pulp Fiction. The song they dance to is You Never Can Tell by Chuck Berry. Other big hits are Maybellene, Roll Over Beethoven, Rock And Roll Music, Sweet Little Sixteen, Memphis Tennessee, and my personal favorite No Particular Place To Go among many more.

This song sung without all his teaching to the crowd flows much better. We played this in the Skating Rink, or in Louene's game room, she weighed about 300 pounds, every time we played this song or *"Ain't Gonna Bump no more with no Big Fat Woman"* she would give us that mean look.
