I’m gonna do this every day for 3 weeks to see what happens, I’m also gonna to be doing an arm work out every day too :) starting weight: 124 Day one: ✅not too difficult I def felt the burn so hopefully this will work Day two: ✅ I did it! It was so tiring today but I’m glad i did it. Day 3: ✅ yess day 3, I’m glad im sticking to this. Today was not too hard cause I wasn’t so tired. Day 4: ✅ yess I did it. Day 5: ✅ yippee 🙌 did it Day 6: ✅ it’s only day 6 but I can already see a difference. Day 7: 🚫 I went to a water park and my friend stayed the night so I couldn’t do it :( Day 8: ✅ yess I did it, my family has been saying I’m getting slimmer this def works. Day 9: ✅ did it! Day 10: ✅ Day 11 🚫 I went to a hotel with my fam Day 12: 🚫 at a hotel still :( Day 13: 🚫 I forgot Day 14: ✅ yess did it Day: 15 ✅ I really need 2 stop forgetting but I did it! Day 16: ✅ yes did it Day 17: 🚫 I didn’t :( Day 18: ✅ yess
